Many of us struggle with scrolling through Instagram or tapping through Snapchat stories and viewing the lives of others through our own lenses. It is in our nature as human beings to look to each other as rulers to measure our success, especially when a person seems to be receiving the benefit of having the perceived “upper hand”. But, at what point does Social Comparison take a turn for the worse and how can we bring the balance to the healthy, which helps us build on our current state into seeing ourselves with a more positive outlook, and remove the unhealthy, which causes us to experience jealousy, envy, self-doubt, and lose focus on becoming our best selves in an ever-changing world? This and more will be discussed on today's episode!
