Navigating endings and closing cycles can be a confronting experience. It requires trust and belief in meeting an edge, where there is a whole lot of unknown ahead.
In this episode, Beth prompts Sarah to share her recent experience of closing her Sherwood Studio after 9 years.
And even though Sarah is never comfortable being the story teller, she is able to share through her own journey, wisdom that is relevant to all of us.
Listen out for tips with regards to trusting your soul's guidance, embracing the cycles of life, beginning again and finding comfort in the conveyer belt ride of life.

In this episode, I am joined by Lauren, Pauline and Leanne to chat about their experience with navigating shame,
We discus what shame evokes in us, how we process the feelings of shame and shame's impact.
This is a wonderful conversation which I know will resonate with everyone with a heart beat.
This episode addresses where many of us are currently at: A pivot point, where letting go of past versions of ourselves is not just possible but, necessary for our evolution. This takes immense courage and intentionality.
Today, we hear from two beautiful humans, Mary & Jess who have embraced the nature of the death and rebirth process, despite its challenges. This chat is aimed to normalise the discomfort of growth, through discussing real life examples and experiences. After all, growth is the purpose of life.

This episode is inspired by a listener question:
"How can Metaphor be used to change, deepen understanding and creating new narratives?"
Beth and I dive into a fluid discussion around our use of metaphor to anchor the meaning of our experiences.
I explain how it is used in kinesiology sessions with clients, and how it transcends the mind to support safety in healing.
There may also be a bonus insight into frozen garlic. You'll have to listen to find out!
Do you have a metaphor that speaks to your experience? We would love to hear your favourites.
How do you deal with physical health issues?
Do you suffer from anxiety or panic? Do you fear the worst? Beth joins me to unpack her experience with health issues that have created anxiety, and how she has dealt with it. Health anxiety is a common presentation because of the unknown, uncontrollable factors. We discuss the issues behind health anxiety, and how we can move into a more compassionate relationship with our physical body.
Prompted by a recent social media post, I was called to delve deeper into the concept of our senses and consciousness. This is my take on the connections and the importance of our senses as a gateway of coming home to self, via both the science and the spiritual.
This solo episode answers a community question about Kinesiology as a support tool for healing. Is it something that is required to do on-going? I discuss the concept of scaffolded support and how that might look, given we are all so different with our needs. Once again, it comes back to autonomy around our unique requirements as we navigate our lives. And how worthy you are of acknowledging and claiming this. Thank you for being here.
