The first and most important thing to do that increases your focusing abilities is to eliminate
any distractions.
We live in a distraction filled world, where many things are competing for our attention...
So let’s begin exploring how to eliminate distractions by allowing yourself to relax very deeply.
This exercise creates “appreciative joy.”
It can be understood as simply “showing up” for happiness with a caring presence.
As you train the mind to rejoice in happiness, you gain many benefits.
You feel more fulfilled by joy, recognise happiness more easily in your life, and train the mind to treat happiness as an important experience.
Happiness is a driver and precursor of Success. We cannot truly arrive at success with igniting the inner happiness, contentment in our life.
