im finally back with a new episode and this one is all about the everpresent phone addiction we have nowadays.
the phone can be a great device for contacting friends and family, taking photos, getting inspiration and many others, however, there is a fine line between using your phone for some down time, and a phone addiction
we most likely spend more time than we need on our phones (me included) and although 'addiction' is a strong word, it seems that that is exactly the things so many of us are experiencing day-to-day.
in this episode, i explore ways to manage your time online and offline and discuss how we use our phones - and how to use it with intention.

i am finally back after a short (but needed) break from recording, and im so happy to be back. i have heard a lot of people talk about how they want to start doing things and i am also frequently aksed how i keep up with all my projects. the secret is to realise that there is no 'good time' to start anything, no matter how big or small.
after an amazing trip to poland where i documented a WimHof retreat in the mountains, i was able to learn from a lot of the people there, and one thing they mentioned was that they wish they had started working on themselves earlier in their life as things only got harder. in this episode, i dive into why it's important to start your wellness journey and any other projects or tasks as soon as possible - which is likely now!

in simple terms, object referral is when you are always influenced by objects outside the self, including situations, circumstances, people, and things. This leads you down a life where you are controlled by the ego, which thrives on approval and the attention of others.
in this episode we explore what it is, its counterpart called 'self-referral', and ways to avoid object referral in order to live a more fulfilling life.
