i hope you all are well, and welcome (or welcome back) to the season of reset podcast!
i am finally back after a short (but needed) break from recording, and im so happy to be back. i have heard a lot of people talk about how they want to start doing things and i am also frequently aksed how i keep up with all my projects. the secret is to realise that there is no 'good time' to start anything, no matter how big or small.
after an amazing trip to poland where i documented a WimHof retreat in the mountains, i was able to learn from a lot of the people there, and one thing they mentioned was that they wish they had started working on themselves earlier in their life as things only got harder. in this episode, i dive into why it's important to start your wellness journey and any other projects or tasks as soon as possible - which is likely now!
