im finally back with a new episode and this one is all about the everpresent phone addiction we have nowadays.
the phone can be a great device for contacting friends and family, taking photos, getting inspiration and many others, however, there is a fine line between using your phone for some down time, and a phone addiction
we most likely spend more time than we need on our phones (me included) and although 'addiction' is a strong word, it seems that that is exactly the things so many of us are experiencing day-to-day.
in this episode, i explore ways to manage your time online and offline and discuss how we use our phones - and how to use it with intention.
