Today's episode addresses a topic that I personally don't think gets enough exposure in the mindset and self improvement space, healing. I think being or feeling better and healing can happen simultaneously and the healing process may happen in cycles, setbacks may even occur. For that reason I find it so important to acknowledge where you started and how you feel in the present moment. You will start to notice you're coping better or don't feel triggered, be proud of yourself for that growth and be gentle with yourself even if you feel stuck.
