In today's podcast, I share a lot about what failure has taught me and led me to.
From the young girl who thought it was cool to be hanging around the woods at school smoking fags, skipping school and causing absolute havoc.. to entering the fitness world and definitely turning my life around, even with 'failing' my masters degree along the way.
I share how university lead me to therapy which started my journey to my ADHD diagnosis.
Sometimes we never see the silver lining in the things we 'fail' but there are huge lessons behind them.
Never be afraid to start something with the fear you wont do well at it, use it as a learning experience.
*TW - please note that I discuss PTSD / ADHD and mental health through today's podcast*
