Journeying with ayahuasca isn’t just about what happens when you drink it.
It’s about what happens before—and especially after.
In this episode, I sit down with Ian Lloyd just three months after sharing a couple ceremonies together in Colombia, to unpack the less talked-about part of the medicine path: integration.
This isn’t a conversation about spiritual performance or peak experiences. It’s about the tenacity it takes to sit with confusion, tenderness, and truth.
Inside, we explore:
Yes, there are medicine stories woven in. But this is about so much more:
Walking with integrity, being held in our vulnerability, and trusting the deep intelligence of the body.

What if your purpose isn’t something you find—but something you become?
In this empowering follow-up to Episode 36, Claire sits down with intuitive coach and energy guide Kirsi Hardy for a raw, honest, and surprisingly practical conversation about how to start actually living your purpose—even if you don’t feel clear, ready, or confident yet.
👉 Haven’t listened to Episode 36 yet? Go check it out first—it’s all about the messy middle, the confusion, the identity unraveling, and the very real frustration of not knowing what your purpose is.
This episode picks up right where that one left off—only now, we’re ready to move.
Together, we explore:
✨ Why purpose often doesn’t feel easy or obvious
✨ The real reason we resist taking action (hint: it’s not laziness)
✨ What to do when your soul says yes but your ego freaks out
✨ The myth of “clarity before action”—and what actually creates momentum
✨ How karmic patterns and old identities sneakily keep us stuck
✨ Why your purpose may feel terrifying (and how that’s actually a clue)
Whether you’re in a career pivot, questioning your next chapter, or simply feeling the pull for something deeper—this episode will remind you that you don’t need to have it all figured out to begin.
You are your purpose. Now let’s start walking like it.
Recorded in October 2024.
Have you ever felt like you’re meant for something more… but have no idea what or how to step into it?
If you’ve been searching for your purpose, trying to figure it all out, and instead just ending up more confused—you’re not alone.
In this episode, I sit down with fellow intuitive coach, Mark Dallimore, to have a raw, honest conversation about the messy middle of purpose. Because here’s the truth:
✨ You don’t find your purpose—you become it.
✨ Purpose isn’t about what you do—it’s about who you are.
✨ The path won’t be clear before you start walking it.
BUT… that can be outrageously frustrating! Trust me, I know—I am right there with you! 😂
💡 Inside this episode, we dive into:
If you’ve ever felt lost in your purpose… if you’re in a transition, an identity shift, or the in-between of “WTF am I actually supposed to do with my life?” —this episode is for you.
💛 If this resonated, DM me! And if you’re ready to stop overthinking and start actually living in full alignment, the next round of Aligned, Embodied, Alive (AEA) starts in April—DM me “AEA” to chat about how this program can support you.
We’ve all heard about the power of gratitude. It’s in every self-help book, every morning routine, every spiritual practice. But here’s the real question—are you actually letting it in?
Because gratitude isn’t just about what you acknowledge—it’s about what you’re willing to receive. And for so many of us, that’s the hardest part. We can express appreciation, we can say the words, but when love, kindness, and abundance come our way… we deflect. We minimize. We struggle to hold it.
In this episode, I sit down with intuitive, trauma-informed coaches Dan Blackman and Veronique Navette for a deep conversation on gratitude—not just as a mindset, but as something that reshapes your entire relationship with yourself. We explore:
✨ The link between gratitude and self-worth—and how so many of us reject the good things we say we want
✨ How to practice gratitude when life feels heavy and you can’t find anything to be grateful for
✨ The energetics of gratitude—why saying “I’m grateful” means nothing if your energy isn’t aligned with it
✨ How learning to receive gratitude can shift everything from your relationships to your manifestations.
If you’ve ever struggled to believe in the good things being reflected back to you, or if gratitude has ever felt like an obligation instead of a felt experience—this episode is for you.

In this short episode, I discuss the topics of new year's resolutions and of living intentionally.
New year's resolutions have become such a heated topic, haven't they?! Should you set them or is that no longer the cool thing to do..?
Personally, I am all for living intentionally and knowing where we're headed in our lives. If we have no dreams, goals or plans to strive towards, then how can we even make decisions or take action in life without any guiding principles?
I do have some reservations about new year's resolutions though... They feel a little forceful to me. Instead, I like to set new year's intentions. In fact, I strive to live intentionally day in, day out.
How are intentions different from resolutions and how can we choose our intentions for 2025 in the most supportive way?

In this deep dive between me and my fellow intuitive life coach Mark Dallimore, we discuss how we understand the concept of self-love.We believe cultivating unconditional self-love is crucial to help us navigate difficult periods of our lives and keep our feet firm on the ground when life throws destabilizing curveballs at us.This episode was recorded in May 2024, when I was going through possibly the happiest and most expansive period of my life. Listening back to it half a year later, I can tell you that I am little jealous of that version of me. Haha! It’s truly a transmission of abundance, joy, love, and excitement and I hope you will find it inspiring.Notwithstanding, this conversation, just like life itself, is not just all fun and rainbows — I also share about a dark period that preceded this happy high.
In fact, going through the darkness with a lot of self-love eased my transition into the happy period that succeeded. If you’re interested in how you too can deal with emotional overwhelm and call more joy into your life, then this episode is definitely right for you.

Wow — It’s been a year since I’ve arrived to Colombia! What a ride!
A lot of people have asked me:
I decided to answer all these questions and share my wild and beautiful journey to and within Colombia throughout this past year and beyond in this podcast episode.
It’s truly a journey of surrender, trust, and following one’s heart/intuition into the unknown. If there is one message I want to share with you through this story, it is this:
Follow your intuition, even if it tells you to do crazy things, and your life will be full of synchronicities and nothing short of magical. ✨
Happy Colombia anniversary to me and loads of love from Medellín to you! ❤️

Today’s episode with Kirsi-Marja Hardy, who is a parenting coach, a parent of four adults as well as a grandparent, revolves around what it means to “reparent oneself” and how that can help us to come to terms with any difficult events that may have happened to us in our childhood.
How can we become the adults in the relationship to our parents?
We explain how to take charge of these relationships by first processing any trauma that may have occurred and then starting difficult conversations about how we experienced our childhood, in a non-violent way.
This framework is pertinent not only to the relationships we have with our parents, but truly, to all relationships, past and present.
We provide a roadmap to taking responsibility in any relationship and explain why we highly recommend doing that — in order to preserve our vital energy and to live from a place of integrity.

Do you ever feel pathetic after you show up in the world in a certain way? How does it feel? Isn't it an excruciatingly miserable way to feel?
This discussion with my fellow intuitive life coach Kirsi-Marja Hardy explores why we feel this way and what it is that we actually feel - what concrete emotions contribute to the mix of "pathetic"?
We explain the evolutional origins and social needs for the occurrence of these states, which may hopefully help you find some compassion for yourself when these difficult feelings overcome you.
We then discuss how we can learn to cope with these dark places and find the strength to move ourselves out of these states and onward with our life, even if that's what we least want to do when it hits us.
Throughout the live conversation, we pulled up an image of the vibrational frequencies of different emotions, taken from Power vs. Force, a book by David R. Hawkins. You can refer to it on the episode cover and follow our discussion thereof.
I hope you'll find lots of value in this episode!

What is it like to blindly bet on life when you have nothing tangible to hold onto?
In today’s episode with Dan Blackman, my friend and fellow trauma-informed life coach, we each share our story of making some radical, out-there choices, which followed our respective decisions to choose abundance and embody joy and freedom, rather than perpetuate patterns of scarcity, fear, and survival.
Dan and I both decided to quit our jobs and pursue our calling to build a business and help people. However, we have both ran into challenges and, as a result, have been living off our savings for a while — which brings its own challenges and fears in and of itself.
What is it like to blindly bet on life when you have nothing tangible to hold onto? How do you just trust life when don't know where the money is going to come from? How do you keep going when it seems like there are no breadcrumbs to follow?
And what can you do if you’re a single parent with wanderlust and a strong desire to squeeze more juice out of life but your responsibilities don’t allow you to go travel the world just yet?
Tune in to find out from Dan and me!
Today’s episode with Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a trauma-informed intuitive life coach & parenting coach, revolves around joy and the energy and implications of operating from different emotional states.
We explain how we can choose joy.
We choose to be in charge of our emotional and energetic states. Through that, we gain a certain level of control over how we experience our lives.
We refer to an image of the vibrational frequencies of different emotions, taken from "Power vs. Force" by David R. Hawkins, and discuss why lingering in low frequency emotions, such as shame or guilt, can get us stuck in loops.
I hope you'll find lots of value in this conversation!

In this episode with my friend Kirsi-Marja Hardy, a trauma-informed intuitive coach, we discuss a creative exploration we both currently find ourselves in — it revolves around not listening to our minds and instead overcoming our resistance by doing things we don’t necessarily feel like doing.
We have recently been finding this to be an absolute game changer, leading to not just success and progress, but also pure joy and ecstatic bliss! Yes baby!

In today's episode with my friend and fellow intuitive coach Mark Dallimore, we discuss intuition:
What is it? Is it a real thing? How do we tap into it?
And how can we distinguish between intuition and what's just our mind chatter? Can we trust ourselves and our inner nudges? Should we trust ourselves?
We discuss all that, as well as my lifestyle and frequent decisions to change my plans, travel to the other side of the world or move to a brand a new country where I barely know anyone.
The truth is, I don’t often know why is it that I feel called to go to a certain place, but I trust the impulse to go with an open mind and a surrendered heart — and then magic happens.

February 2024
This conversation with my friend Mark Dallimore was held only two weeks after I returned from a very deep experience with ayahuasca in the jungles of Colombia.
In it, I shared about my decision to go, my experience in the jungle, and the lessons that I had learned on the ground.
Five months have gone by since October 2023 when this experience and conversation took place.
With hindsight, I can tell you that I do not cease to be mind-blown by the ongoing unfolding, expansion, and lessons that keep dropping in as I continue to integrate this life-altering experience.
Some of the lessons discussed in this episode revolve around:
— surrendering: to the medicine, to all our experiences no matter how strong they may be, to life circumstances in general;
— the possibility and power of bringing intentionality, sacredness, and ceremoniousness into everything we do in our lives;
— how practising healing and energy work prepared and primed me for the powerful experiences I had my first time working medicine;
— why I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

In this short pep talk on following our dreams, I follow upon the previous episode where I talked about how I'm able to travel so much.
If you're still wondering how I could live my best life in Portugal, Switzerland, and Taiwan during covid barely spending any money, here are the answers!
If you're feeling inspired, you can buy me a coffee here.
Recorded in October 2023.
I get asked questions like this all the time:
"What do you do that allows you travel like that?"
"How come you travel so much?"
"How can you afford all your traveling?"
I’ve always had difficulties answering these sorts of questions, because I don't have that one-sentence magical answer people expect to hear.
I am just a girl who dared to dream.
If you have a passport (or the ability to apply for one) and a skill (which could be looking after kids, cleaning, or speaking your native language) you're most likely qualified to do what I have been doing for the past 14 years: i.e. travel and live a lifestyle of freedom and joy.
In this episode, apart from sharing examples of the things I did to be able to travel with virtually no money to spend, I also talk about how I ended up being a nomad because of covid, whether I get tired of traveling, and some of the difficulties and emotions that are inevitable if you spend over a decade being nomadic.
If you'd like to support me on my journey, you can buy me a coffee.
