Beauty filters are found on almost every social media platform. Some range from small changes to lighting to bigger changes like changing your whole facial structure. While it is nice to use them when you're not feeling like your best self, it can cause a lot of self-doubt down the road. Growing up we all experienced growing pains when we were going through growth spurts, this pain allowed us to grow bigger and stronger. Not only do we go through these pains physically but also mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Throughout our lifetime we will experience hurt to some degree but no matter what, that hurt is preparing you for a personal level-up if you decide to rise to the occasion.
