
The fact that we all get judged at least once in our lives is a universal experience. Everyone has faced judgment before; for many of us, it makes us feel like we are not enough. The truth is that you should never take what others say about you to face value because what actually happens is that people cover up their own insecurities by placing their attention on someone else (you).
