We are back from the NT!
What an adventure it was, thanks to Redbull and Caffeine for helping us through the week. Many of beers were had and pub feeds demolished.
Darwin turned it on for the lads as they turned it up at a wedding. Blake goes over his NZ trip and how a night out in Brisbane has bruised his ability to fly worry free.
And it's June,
Men's Mental Health Month.
A topic close to the hearts of both the boys and they discuss this in depth a bit more. Remember to always look out for your mates and others as the stigma around this needs to stop!

The title of this one speaks for itself, we share our fitness journeys so far and what got us in the door.
We touch on habits and the in's and out's of how 'we' do fitness.
Both Travis and Blake are on different paths in their fitness journey and what keeps them there.
Mental health and life difficulties are a talking point as well. We all struggle or go through something that is challenging in life and takes a toll mentally, the gym was where the boys turned to in a time in need.
