About My Fitness Journey: My Fitness Journey is Podcast/Platform developed to educate and redefine what it means to be fit. Social Media has created an unhealthy environment and often set unrealistic expectations on what it means to be fit. The goal is to educate people on the idea that one person’s PERSONAL journey is different from yours, and there are several factors that play into their success: mindset, experience, diet, genetics, anatomy etc. Embrace your journey and don’t be so quick to want to be like others, without understanding why and how. It leads to disappointments, self-doubts and injuries. The hope is that My Fitness Journey will not just provide a story-telling platform, it will once again educate and break down misconceptions.

Introducing My Fitness Journey
Our Goals: 1.) The goal of getting people to rethink what it means to be fit. 2.) To provide a platform that humanizes people. Because social media hasn’t done a great job at doing so. 3.) To help our audience understand that this journey is a grind, it’s consistency. It’s not a quick fix system, it’s a journey, a lifestyle. 4.) There’s a lot of false information out there, our goal is to get people to understand that this journey requires personalization. Episode Objectives: -Highlight Thomas’ personal journey. -Answer the questions of why we started the MFJ platform and the inspirations and hopes for MFJ. -Get insight on the listener experience and how host Thomas Noah will interact with his guests, highlighting certain aspects of their fitness journey. Topics Highlighted: -Immigration to the United States (US). -Ron Burton Training Village (RBTV). -The marathon journey (4 marathons before the end of high school). -The Fitness Journey in High School. -The Fitness Journey in College. -Life after college (the marathon journey as an adult). -Intentional Traveling. -Vegas Marathon. -Meeting legends (David Goggins). -What is means to be a Goggins. -The mindset of a marathon runner.
