Introducing My Fitness Journey
Our Goals: 1.) The goal of getting people to rethink what it means to be fit. 2.) To provide a platform that humanizes people. Because social media hasn’t done a great job at doing so. 3.) To help our audience understand that this journey is a grind, it’s consistency. It’s not a quick fix system, it’s a journey, a lifestyle. 4.) There’s a lot of false information out there, our goal is to get people to understand that this journey requires personalization. Episode Objectives: -Highlight Thomas’ personal journey. -Answer the questions of why we started the MFJ platform and the inspirations and hopes for MFJ. -Get insight on the listener experience and how host Thomas Noah will interact with his guests, highlighting certain aspects of their fitness journey.
