The nervous system is not just a trend.
In this episode of Multidimensional Money, I’m diving into the nervous system buzz that’s everywhere—Instagram, spiritual circles, influencers—but most of what’s shared is surface-level or misunderstood. For example, if someone tells you regulating your nervous system simply means being calm or relaxed, you’re being misled. It’s not that simple.
I’m sharing what I’ve learned over five years of deep work with the nervous system and polyvagal theory—how it truly operates, why it matters for healing, and what people often don’t say. If you’ve ever been told to “just regulate your nervous system” and had no idea how… this one’s for you.
We dive into the how of regulation, exploring nervous system practices that helped me rewire mine toward safety—and why some practices aren’t right for everyone. Understanding my nervous system was the catalyst for massive shifts in my health and my entire financial life, and I had to share my thoughts.

In this episode of Multi-dimensional Money, Lydia delves into the complex relationship between individuals and debt. She emphasizes that debt is not merely a financial issue but deeply intertwined with personal safety, childhood experiences, and societal norms.
Lydia explores how the nervous system plays a crucial role in our spending habits and how unresolved patterns from our past can lead to recurring debt. The conversation encourages listeners to confront their beliefs about money, understand the energetics behind their financial choices, and develop a plan to manage debt while fostering a healthier and more trusting relationship with money.
In this episode, Lydia unravels the deeper roots of our relationship with money through the lens of safety. It’s not about making more money, but about reprogramming your nervous system, healing deep energetic imprints, and reclaiming power from the false systems we've been conditioned by. Unresolved trauma and a lack of safety in our bodies often lead to coping mechanisms, like continually finding yourself in debt, fear of spending, or avoidant patterns that lead to financial instability.
🔑 In this episode, you’ll explore:
Why safety (lack of it) is the root cause of all money issues
How childhood experiences, ancestral trauma, and parallel lives shape your money story
The nervous system’s role in scarcity, dysregulation, and even autoimmune illness
How inorganic artificial grid systems impact our energetic safety
Tools to begin rewiring your relationship with money and reclaim your grounded abundance
Key Concepts:
Safety and the Body: Safety starts in the body, and unresolved trauma can manifest as nervous system dysregulation, which affects your overall well-being.
Nervous System Regulation: Ancient knowledge that helps process fear, trauma, and stress. Learning to regulate your nervous system and move fluidly between fight/flight, freeze, and rest/digest is crucial for healing.
Connection to Money: Financial struggles often reflect the state of your nervous system.
Lydia shares a client story on how mapping her nervous system shifted everything.
This episode emphasizes compassion for yourself through this healing process and invites you to reconnect with your body, your safety, and the divine to heal money issues.
If you've ever felt stuck, anxious, or at war with money, this is your invitation to dig deeper and remember the truth of who you are.
In this episode of Multidimensional Money, Lydia discusses how true co-creation isn’t about forcing outcomes—it’s about surrender, trust, and alignment. We explore the deeper aspects of manifestation, distinguishing between ego-driven desires and soul-aligned intentions. Through personal anecdotes and deep insights, we uncover how gratitude, shadow work, and non-attachment play a crucial role in the co-creation process. If you’ve been struggling to manifest your desires, this episode will challenge you to rethink your approach and embrace the flow of divine timing.

In this solocast Elle shares why she doesn't view spirituality from one lens. Within the old paradigm, everything has to be labeled, categorized and fit into a neat and tidy box.
Everything in the 3D reality is quite linear, repeatable and explainable.
That is not where we are headed, and Elle discusses why we don't need to explain our spiritual experiences within any confines, labels or judgements.
She discusses how she began using her gifts and intuition, why chaos and dark nights of the soul are part of the journey, how many of us are currently experiencing major shifts and upgrades and how we can begin to move into the new paradigm of trust and flow.
