In this episode I share why I’ve been silent and what’s going on in my journey. I hope it helps you!
Grab your coffee, lace up your shoes, or step outside and take a deep breath—because today, we’re talking about why you don’t have to do it all alone.
Life has a way of knocking us off track. Fear creeps in, distractions pile up, and before you know it, your dream is sitting on the shelf. In this episode, I share how a pickleball injury, a friend’s inspiring vision, and a powerful moment of community taught me one of life’s greatest lessons: your dream isn’t just yours—it’s part of something bigger.
If you’ve been stuck trying to figure it all out by yourself, this episode will help you see why letting others in might be the very thing that finally makes your vision come alive.
Ever set a goal like “I’ll get it done by the end of the week”… and then nothing happens?
In today’s episode, Brad shares why vague goals sabotage progress—and how locking in a specific time and outcome flips your brain into problem-solving mode. Learn how to turn “someday” into Friday at 5 p.m. and watch your focus skyrocket.
This quick episode will help you crush procrastination and take action—starting today.
What if the only thing standing between you and the life you want… is the story you tell yourself when things get hard?
In today’s episode, I take you inside one of the toughest workouts I’ve ever done — the F3 IronPax challenge. Picture this: 5 a.m., a dark field, six cones spread out, and a workout so intense that just hearing it might make you want to quit before you even start.
But here’s the thing… where your mind goes in that moment matters.
I’ll share how showing up with a group of men, pushing through each round, and battling those inner voices taught me a powerful lesson about perseverance, mindset, and the process of creation.
Whether it’s a workout, a dream, or a big life change — this episode will help you see that it’s not about being the fastest or the best. It’s about showing up, doing what you can, and moving forward one step at a time.
Messy progress beats perfect plans every time. If you’ve ever felt like giving up because things aren’t going smoothly, this one’s for you.”
In today’s episode of Morning Manifestation Club, I share the real, unpolished side of chasing big goals. After weeks of traveling from Orlando to St. Louis to Kansas City and back, my routines got disrupted — and that’s okay.
This episode is your reminder that the creative process is never perfect. It’s about showing up, even when things feel uncertain or incomplete, and giving yourself grace while you figure it out.
We’ll talk about:
Whether you’re building a dream, chasing a goal, or simply trying to stay consistent, this episode will remind you: you don’t have to have it all figured out to keep going.
Today we’re talking about magic and expecting the unexpected.
I share how my daily morning buddy call shifts everything — just a few minutes of intentional connection creates perspective, opens up possibility, and invites God/the universe to show up in powerful ways.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in routine, this episode is a reminder to step back into wonder, into what’s possible.
Because today… anything could happen. You could book that trip. Rekindle that friendship. Start that business. Or simply notice the beauty of a bird flying overhead.
The magic isn’t in certainty — it’s in possibility.
So here’s the invitation:
👉 What would feel magical if it happened today?
Stay in that place of possibility, and watch what shows up.
This morning, I showed up to a men’s workout group called F3—fitness, fellowship, and faith. They surprised us with “The Murph,” a grueling workout in honor of a fallen soldier. At first, my mind screamed, “I can’t do this.” But when I let go of finishing perfectly and just did what I could—one pull-up, one push-up, one squat at a time—I realized progress stacks up faster than we think.
Today’s episode is about that simple truth: momentum starts with one small action. Whether it’s your fitness, your work, or that dream you’ve been putting off, you don’t have to do it all at once. Just start. One rep. One call. One step. And before you know it, you’ve built something bigger than you imagined.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, this one’s for you.
✨ Ever feel like your dream got shoved into the back room of your life? In this episode, I share how resistance keeps us stuck, why your dream never really disappears, and the surprising magic that happens when you finally say yes.
Start your morning with a reminder that the simplest words can change everything: “I believe in you.”
In today’s episode, I share a conversation with a friend that started on the pickleball court and turned into a powerful lesson about energy, judgment, and self-belief. We often feel the weight of others’ opinions—even unspoken ones—but the real shift happens when we choose to believe in ourselves no matter what.
Sometimes the only way forward is to figure it out along the way.
In this episode, I share how trial and error has been showing up in my life—from learning new software, to building consistent coaching leads, to even testing what works (and doesn’t) with this very podcast.
Plans are great, but life rarely unfolds exactly how we imagine. The curveballs, the missteps, the messy middle—that’s often where the real learning happens.
If you’ve ever wanted to give up when things weren’t working out, this one’s for you. Grab your coffee (or tea), listen in with the rooster crowing in the background, and let’s talk about embracing the process, even when it’s not perfect.
And if this podcast is helping you set your morning mindset and go after your goals, I’d love for you to share it with a friend.

Thunder might be rolling in the background, but this morning’s episode is all about rolling with it—and getting unstuck. 🌩️☕
I share a moment that recently clicked for me: realizing how easy it is to get caught in our own little loop, focused only on what we want. But the shift happens when we step out of ourselves and into service—when we look for ways to help, connect, and make a difference for others.
Sometimes it’s as simple as checking in on a friend, calling a sibling, or just listening. Those small acts can change someone’s day—and give us the energy and joy we’ve been missing.
So today’s question: Who can you help, and how will it make you feel after?
Ever catch yourself asking for something… then forgetting you already got it?
Good morning, Morning Manifestors ☀️
Grab your coffee. Or your tea. Or both if you’re feeling wild.
Here’s the thing: just five minutes in the morning to set your focus can change your whole week. Because if you don’t, your brain will run you in circles.
Mine does it all the time.
I’ll ask for something—then when it shows up, I’m already distracted and miss it.
Like a few weeks ago, I was craving more family and friend time. Dinners, breakfast together, laughs. Just being present.
And now I’m in Kansas City… boating, eating pizza, hanging out in the backyard watching chickens for entertainment. (Yep, that was the big show last night 🐔).
And it hit me—man, I created this. I asked for it. And it happened. But I almost forgot to notice.
That’s the practice:
✨ Ask.
✨ Notice.
✨ Appreciate.
Because when we notice what’s already working out, it builds trust. In ourselves. In life. In God.
So here’s my challenge for you today:
👉 What have you been asking for… that’s already showing up?
👉 And can you pause to appreciate it before you miss it?
Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Well not this dinner ;)

🚨 Warning: Recliners might be ruining your life.
I’m serious. I’ve got a love–hate relationship with mine.
It’s comfy, it rocks, it leans back… and once I’m in it, I don’t want to move.
But here’s the kicker: recliners are the perfect analogy for comfort zones. They feel good, but they keep you stuck. And just like getting up out of that chair, chasing what you want takes a decision. A choice to stop rocking and start moving.
The second you do, momentum builds. Life starts shifting. That’s the habit to create—choosing action over comfort.
So, what’s your “recliner” today? What’s that thing you keep saying “tomorrow” about?
What if you just did it today?
And maybe call a friend stuck in their own recliner. Help each other stand up. Because what we give is what we get.
Whether you realize it or not, you’re making an impact every single day.
I was reminded of this when someone I hadn’t spoken to in years called me after remembering a workshop I led at their retreat. That one conversation brought me back to a truth we often forget: we leave ripples everywhere we go—positive or negative.
You don’t have to be a millionaire, a world traveler, or a CEO to make a difference. My mom wasn’t any of those things, yet her love, care, and genuine connection filled an entire church at her funeral. She made people feel seen and valued—and that’s the kind of impact that matters most.
It’s easy to notice the big, negative events in the news, but the truth is, the small actions—smiles, conversations, acts of service—shape the world in powerful ways. I once saw 800 people give a standing ovation to the hotel staff working behind the scenes at a leadership event, and it was unforgettable.
Today, you have the same opportunity. Who can you call? Who can you encourage? Who can you help—just a little—that might create a ripple in their life?
Your actions matter. You matter. Choose your impact.

Ever wonder why your perfect routine falls apart the second you’re in a new place? It’s not because you’re lazy—it’s because your brain’s cues have changed.
When you step into a new environment—whether it’s traveling, visiting family, or navigating a big life change—it’s easy to beat yourself up for falling out of your routine. But here’s the truth: you’re just adjusting.
In this episode, I talk about why our brains rely so much on familiar cues, how new surroundings disrupt them, and why it’s critical to give yourself grace instead of criticism. Whether you’re on vacation, dealing with an emergency, or simply in a different space, this is your reminder to notice the shift, adapt, and keep going without quitting.

What if your relationships were something you could design—just like a business, a home, or your dream vacation?
In this episode, I share a powerful shift in thinking: you can create your relationships with intention. Whether it’s family, friends, or colleagues, you don’t have to stay stuck in old patterns of “they’ve always been this way.” I’ll walk you through how to reimagine and reshape the way you interact, even if the other person isn’t part of the conversation yet. We’ll talk about setting a vision, letting go of limiting labels, and how intention alone can transform the way people show up in your life.
If you’ve ever wanted more joy, ease, and connection in your relationships—this is your invitation to start creating them on purpose.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn’t to push harder—it’s to pause, be humble, and admit your current way isn’t working.
In this episode of Morning Manifestation Club, I share a real and humbling look at my own recent lessons—from losing a pickleball game to realizing I’ve been slacking on my workouts. We’ll talk about the power of recognizing when your current patterns aren’t giving you the results you want, and how to shift gears without beating yourself up. You’ll be reminded that you are powerful, you can create the life you want, and sometimes your biggest breakthrough comes from slowing down, asking for help, and trying a different approach.

🚨 Your brain is lying to you. 🚨
That “huge” task you’ve been avoiding? It’s probably a 5-minute job in disguise.
Yesterday, I drove my motorhome back to St. Louis from Kentucky, already dreading the “massive” job of cleaning it out before storing it. In my head, it was going to take forever—fridge, cabinets, everything.
Then I actually started… and it took less than five minutes.
Our minds can make simple tasks feel like massive mountains. But once you start, the overwhelm fades and the reality is usually way easier than we imagined.
Today, pick one thing you’ve been avoiding because it “feels” too big.
1️⃣ Set a timer.
2️⃣ Take the first step.
3️⃣ See how small that “mountain” really is.
