This morning, I showed up to a men’s workout group called F3—fitness, fellowship, and faith. They surprised us with “The Murph,” a grueling workout in honor of a fallen soldier. At first, my mind screamed, “I can’t do this.” But when I let go of finishing perfectly and just did what I could—one pull-up, one push-up, one squat at a time—I realized progress stacks up faster than we think.
Today’s episode is about that simple truth: momentum starts with one small action. Whether it’s your fitness, your work, or that dream you’ve been putting off, you don’t have to do it all at once. Just start. One rep. One call. One step. And before you know it, you’ve built something bigger than you imagined.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, this one’s for you.
