I would love to hear what your thoughts are on the topic.

I also touch on the "Mother load project" which is being led by Professor Ameeta Jaga at the University of Cape Town.
It's such an interesting topic, with so many layers and I cannot wait for us to delve into it.

The journal has been a labour of love, created by a NICU parent for a NICU parent. It is really such a phenomenal gift to purchase for a loved one currently navigating the NICU.

We talk about motherhood and being preemie mommies as well as how it's ok to keep re-inventing yourself and re-assessing your priorities as you go through different stages of life, especially once you become a mom.

This episode is definitely a deeply personal one for me that I went back and forth on for a while about even wanting to speak about.
But as I got deeper into the topic, I found it to be very theraputic.

This is one of those episodes where life happened. However I am showing up in my most authentic and transparent self.
In this episode I get very vulnerable about how difficult it is navigating motherhood without a village.
Also the fact that I was sick when I recorded this doesn't help :)
But this is the reality of too many parents in today's world.
I hope it gives us all pause and take a moment to help out where we can.
