This is one of those episodes where life happened. However I am showing up in my most authentic and transparent self.
In this episode I get very vulnerable about how difficult it is navigating motherhood without a village.
Also the fact that I was sick when I recorded this doesn't help :)
But this is the reality of too many parents in today's world.
I hope it gives us all pause and take a moment to help out where we can.
