In this Episode, Lalitha is reading out her article that was a response to a Writing Prompt in the Publication called “Dancing Elephants Press” Here are some paragraphs that are liked by the readers and highlighted: “I would think of condensing ideas to create a 1-minute Video for Youtube Short, then I would wonder if I should Self-Publish OR integrate it with a Writing Prompt from Publications that I had saved in my List/Library and would not take action.” “What does happiness mean to you? It is my favorite topic, but I am not sure if I can express it well in words. First I believe that happiness is a choice that we can make from moment to moment. Instead of thinking too much, I am going to run with the thought-starters. Thank you Vidya Sury, for Collecting Smiles and for making it easy.” There are several highlighted ones.  Thank you for listening and subscribing. I Never Realized That Sharing This Simple Morning Ritual Can Make a Difference
In the previous episode titled “This Episode Is An Outcome Of What I was missing And Spoilt Milk” Lalitha explained  how by showing up to her Affirmation station and saying an appropriate affirmation on “Immunity” helped her transform not-so-great sensation and disappointment to creative and inspired action. Today’s episode is dedicated to her listener Vidya whose comments on that episode are as under: “I listened to your podcast today. Hope your giddiness/dizziness is better now. Thank you once again for sharing the passage on the “immunity system” from the book. It was extremely useful. As easy as it sounds, getting a book and reading it almost seems an impossible task in the current period of social media. Hearing such small snippets would go a long way for others. Thank you.” In this Episode, Lalitha explains how she was touched by this comment and while she was saying her morning affirmations on the word “Feelings” she made a Podcast Episode so that like her, her audience can also benefit by listening for a few minutes instead of reading the book. How do you process your feelings when you get angry? Thank you for listening 🙏

I Am Inspired to Write This After Reading About Gossip
In this Episode Lalitha shares what she learned and how she uses the outcome of the habit by saying affirmations titled “Giving and Receiving “ “Gossip’  From one of her favorite books”Meditations to Heal your life” by Louise L Hay. Giving and Receiving  “Whenever I give something to someone or do a service, I am conscious of being compassionate, reasonable, and courteous and this enriches not only physical well-being but mental and emotional well-being also’ Gossip By saying the above affirmation consistently, I am conscious of what I do or say when I hear rumors and fake news in my real life. I do my best to inspire people by communicating uplifting information and keeping quiet when I hear anything negative. I would rather feel empowered by being silent and considerate of others than by saying anything negative. ( even though it is supposed to give a sense of power). How about you? How do you process the words giving, receiving and gossiping in your mind? What do they mean to you?
