5 Reasons Why Strength Work Is NOT The Solution For Weak Glutes !

Look, this idea of ‘weak glutes’ may not be what you think it is, nor half the industry for that matter, so let me offer you a Master Class in solutions for what you may THINK are weak glutes in your client's or even yourself!

What happens when the strength training doesn't work?

If an intervention doesn't work well that's a good indicator that it ain't the solution!

There are a number of reasons and this Master Class is going to share those reasons AND offer solutions to this false phenomena everyone is calling WEAK GLUTES!

Highlights….

We will look at the anatomy of the glutes and what each one contributes to fundamental movements

I will show you a very simple method to identify poor function by ‘testing’ the function of your clients glutes in the most applicable way based on their anatomy and contribution to movement

Then we will look at 5 of the most common causes of their ‘dysfunction’....

  • Antagonist dysfunction
  • Nerve tension
  • Lack of mobility
  • ‘Tension’ from another part of the body
  • A combination of the above!

Each of the above will allow me to share with you a variety of interventions for your clients programming so you will have the skills to test - intervene - re-test!

Finally we will explore the kinetic chain of our integrated system when it comes to identifying good quality or poor quality movement

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER IN THIS PODCAST:

1️⃣ How to test for dysfunction in the glutes

2️⃣ The 5 most common causes of dysfunction

3️⃣ The interventions to correct the dysfunction and get the glutes working again!
