A problem I see often is that most of us are quick to blame others or our circumstances for how we feel. Therefore we don't take accountability for our emotions and put that responsibility in others peoples hands. And often we get stuck in a cycle where we're at the mercy of what someone says or do. Constantly reacting to whoever or whatever and we gotta wake up and realize the role we play in creating our emotions. This is what today's episode is about. Lets get into it!
Don’t you love it when sh*t doesn’t go as planned? Yeah, me neither. But hey, it happens, and all we can do is roll with it and keep it moving. I wasn’t planning on recording this episode today (funny, right?), but here we are. Life be lifin’, and I thought this was a moment worth sharing because, let’s be real, I’m not perfect—and apparently, neither is my camera 😂. You’ll get what I mean when you tune in.
In this episode, I’m talking about how life throws curveballs, how to embrace the messiness, and why sometimes the unplanned stuff ends up being the most real. So, let’s get into it.

I don’t think any of us intentionally set out to lie to ourselves, but let’s be real—sometimes we do it without even thinking. We think it’s gonna protect us, but really, it’s just a habit we fall into. In the moment, dodging the truth might feel like a little relief, but all it does is keep us from facing what’s actually going on.
In this episode, we dive into why we fall into the trap of self-deception and how it holds us back from the growth and clarity we need. It might seem easier to ignore those uncomfortable truths, but avoiding them only keeps us stuck in the same old patterns, blocking our path to happiness and our full potential. We’re gonna talk about why it’s so important to face those hard truths head-on, how to stop lying to yourself, and the freedom that comes with embracing honesty.

This episode is about better understanding what your intuition is and how to strengthen it. My belief is that there is a wisdom within each of us that wants the best for us and aims to guide our life in a way that's aligned with who we are in order to truly live a fulfilled life. But how can we strengthen our intuition? How do we know whether it's intuition or fear speaking? And how can we use it make better life decisions? These are questions I speak about in this episode.
Do you ever question why you do certain things in your life? Your daily habits, the things you value and believe in. Why are those things important to you? Or haven’t you questioned them?
It’s no surprise that as children we are greatly influenced by the people around us, especially our parents. And one of the ways we are influenced is through conditioning, which has shaped a huge part of how we live life today. But how has conditioning affected our personal growth and development? Might conditioning keep us away from living a life that’s true to us? Let’s talk about it.
In this thought provoking episode, I delve into the common mistake that many of us make when seeking to make a change in our life: being trapped in a state of stress. Join me as I discuss 2 steps you can take so that you can make the changes you want without stress and anxiety clouding your judgment and progress.
We all lose ourselves at times. A curse that seems inescapable in this human experience. But I believe there is one thing that can always guide us back to our truth. The thing we can always look to for hope and guidance. And that is..our ability to dream. In this episode, I share a story of how our dreams can open up a world of possibilities and help us tap into our innermost truth.
Labels..Seems like we can never escape these damn labels haha. Well in a world that constantly seeks to define you, how can you? It's so easy to get wrapped up into labels like 'bad b*tch' or 'artist' or 'speaker' and forget that we are so much more than just these one-dimensional descriptions. In this episode Pree speaks about how instead of allowing labels to define us, we should instead view labels as roles that we play, so that we don't limit who we are and what's possible for us.
Now days it seems like people have no filter when sharing their personal business on social media. Sure, we should all be free to express ourselves, but sometimes we can go overboard and create unnecessary drama in our life that could've been avoided had we kept our business offline. In this episode, myself, along with my boyfriend Hickman L.A. speak about the key question to ask yourself before airing your private business online. This conversation sparks from the recent drama between actress KeKe Palmer and her boyfriend Darius who publicly criticized KeKe on social media for wearing an outfit he believed was too revealing. This incident flooded social media and sparked chaos in the couple's relationship leaving myself and Hickman LA to both share our perspectives by putting ourselves in Keke and Darius's shoes.
We live in a world where we are constantly being told to conform, to fit in, and to be like everyone else. We’re constantly bombarded with images of what’s deemed “beautiful” or “successful” a box that many of us feel like we need to fit into or else we’ll somehow be left behind or not accepted. But it doesn’t have to be this way. The real power is when you find your own voice and step outside of the box. Today, Susey Coils, owner and Founder of Susey Coils Care joins me to discuss why being authentic matters, reasons why you might hide your authenticity, the impact social media can have on showing up as yourself, plus we share tips for how you can practice embracing your true self so you can live a life that you're satisfied with.

This weeks episode is about learning how to separate yourself from the mind— a concept that may seem foreign to you, but ultimately is about becoming the observer of your mind. The ability to become the observer of yourself is a key step in changing your behavior and emotional reactions. When you become the observer, you’re able to view things objectively and clearly, rather than acting off impulse and getting caught up in negative cycles and triggers that lead to problems in your life.
So if you’re hearing about this concept for the first time, I believe it can definitely have a great impact on you, but even if you’ve heard of this before, I give it a spin that will make it more impactful and useful in your daily life.

Has someone ever asked you if you were okay, and you weren’t but you responded by saying, “I’m fine”? Or have you noticed the moments when you get stressed and you urge to grab a drink, smoke, eat or binge on social media? Well these are examples of ways we ignore and stuff down our emotions. When this chronically happens, those repressed emotions get stored in your body, negatively affecting your overall health and sabotaging your efforts to create the life you want. This is why it’s necessary to learn to be aware of your emotions and allow yourself to process every emotion you feel. On Today’s episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ky Bradley who’s a Trauma Informed Coach, and Ky gives us insight about how emotions get trapped in the body and provides techniques on ways we can learn to release them.
