8. When Stress Gets Stuck in the Body and How to Release It with Ky Bradley

Has someone ever asked you if you were okay, and you weren’t but you responded by saying, “I’m fine”? Or have you noticed the moments when you get stressed and you urge to grab a drink, smoke, eat or binge on social media? Well these are examples of ways we ignore and stuff down our emotions. When this chronically happens, those repressed emotions get stored in your body, negatively affecting your overall health and sabotaging your efforts to create the life you want. This is why it’s necessary to learn to be aware of your emotions and allow yourself to process every emotion you feel. On Today’s episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Ky Bradley who’s a Trauma Informed Coach, and Ky gives us insight about how emotions get trapped in the body and provides techniques on ways we can learn to release them.
