Remember you are loved, you are not alone.Â
In this episode we are joined by Tony Sayers, primarily an activist, but also an author and public speaker who began to question existence and the meaning of his life, while on the 9-5 treadmill. Since becoming aware of the deeper goings on within this world, He has been relentlessly working to expose the levels of corruption in society in an attempt , to help others open their eyes.
While often controversial in his perspectives, he is coming from a place of care and desire for positive change. A critic of the New Age movement, he urges listeners to embrace their personal sovereignty and seek the truth rather than what simply feels good. The conversation covers themes like the soul trap, the role of intention in lifeÂ
the influence of technology, the manipulation of perceptions, the need for discernment and critical thinking, and strategies for achieving personal sovereignty in a deceptive world.Â
It also explores how he continues and finds purpose with the awareness of a darker reality.Â

Today we are speaking with Alex Sutton, former geologist who is now a senior consultant at a Sydney based law firm & a final year law student.
He reflects on his diverse career path, and the candid challenges of FIFO work. He discusses how he is maintaining sanity, managing life's pressures, and the transformations entering the unknown brings.
Whether you're at a crossroads in your career, contemplating a big life change, or simply seeking inspiration, Alex's story serves as a powerful reminder that sometimes, the greatest rewards come from the risks we're most afraid to take or the challenges that are thrust upon us.
Live boldly, take risks, and embrace the zest of life. No it won't be all "beer & skittlesâ but trust the process, who knows where your current situation will lead you.

Today we are joined by Amanda Lee, âPT FOR THE MIND AND SOULâ.â¨
Amandaâs passionate about helping people tap into their full power by helping them become aware of, and kicking whatâs holding them back to the curb.Â
â¨
In this episode she shares personal anecdotes and brings insights from her journey from force to flow and the framework she created following her shift, âThe Map Of Youâ which is a guide to help others start to do the same, helping you to thrive, not just survive.Â
â¨
Emphasising the importance of self-compassion and the power of living in alignment with one's true desires. Real-life examples and practical strategies are provided to inspire and guide listeners in creating a successful and fulfilling life of their own.
â¨
Before this interview Amanda took me through her free 60 min becoming limitless coaching call, Iâve never done 1:1 coaching myself but I genuinely got so much value just from this initial call and the process of reflection and introspection she guided.
â¨
Just the act of talking about things with someone else not just going back and fourth in my own mind was really helpful and Amanda is genuinely so kind and down to earth, she held gracious space for me and I felt really safe to be vulnerable with her to be myself. I really recommend to anyone who wants to take their journey to the next level at least book an initial call with her to learn more about what she does, how she can support you and how you can work together, the intro call is free, so all you are investing is 60 mins of time, for yourself and future.

Hi! Bizarre ep of me talking to myself and baking a thought/realisation I had while hanging out with a snail.
Thanks to Sally The Snail and some Cheetah's I realised I can't do this life thing "wrong", there is no one right way to live!
Sally reminds us to stop getting caught up comparing our live's to others, stop making decisions for others approval and to embrace our own unique journey and timeline.
We highlight the importance of diversity and connection! + the need to extend compassion and understanding to everyone. We conclude with a reminder that we are all connected whether we like et or not.
& that universal love and support is always available for everyone to tap into.
Feedback always greatly appreciated:
