For Highly Sensitive Souls on a conscious journey of discovering their gifts and their purpose while building an intentional life. For those who are curious about both the science and spirituality behind being a Highly Sensitive Person (or HSP). Weaving this knowledge to create tools, practices, and rituals to support your unique self. Did you know that about 1 in 5 people are considered Highly Sensitive? And most of them don’t even know it. That’s why I’m on a mission to teach Highly Sensitive People their own inner healing practices, connecting them to the wisdom of their body, and to their own intuition, so that they can thrive in their lives. Let's change the conversation around being Highly Sensitive, from one of being told we’re “too sensitive” and instead leaning into the gifts that come with this wonderful trait. Covering topics from energy healing to entrepreneurship , from Nature’s wisdom to the nervous system, we’ll be taking both a broad look and a deep dive at what it means to thrive as a Highly Sensitive Soul. Join me on each episode for a journey of healing and awakening as we connect to our roots, our hearts, and our soul paths.

37. Deep Conversations on Death and Dying with Aaron Banfield
Well today's episode is a different kind of conversation, and one that we don't often have enough. My dear friend Aaron Banfield and I explore illness, death, and dying in today's conversation. You can see by the episode title that today's going to be a deep dive into some hard topics, yet these are incredibly meaningful and important elements to talk about. ***Trigger warning: illness, terminal illness, grief, cancer, death and dying, graphic medical content.*** There is also some swearing in today's episode, it fit into the flow of conversation and summed up thoughts well, so, I've left them in. You may want to listen with headphones if there are little ones around. Aaron shares some beautiful and rich wisdoms in today's conversations, and I love what he speaks about near the end our chat about being Highly Sensitive. Please know, if now isn't the time to listen to today's episode, or ever, that is ok too. 35. Self-Trust & Following your Intuition on your Pregnancy & Motherhood Journey - with Briana Faust: Energy Healer, Motherhood Support + Business Owner
Join myself and special guest Briana Faust as she shares about the pregnancy and motherhood journey as a Highly Sensitive Person. She shares her own journey, and the need for taking time + space for yourself as a mother (even though societal conditioning may be telling us we need to do *all the things* ourselves). We talk about intuition, self-trust, and navigating the overwhelming amount of information that can come at a person during pregnancy and motherhood. Briana shares practical tips and practices from her own life for situations that Highly Sensitives could find challenging, such as a crowded and noisy playgroup for toddlers. Briana is a mother, speaker, Reiki Master and entrepreneur from the West Coast focussed on simplicity, getting back to basics and bettering our world through our connection back to self. It is her deeply held belief that when we clear away external demands and bring ourselves back inward, we can create space for us to reunite with the earthly, natural humans that we are deep down to live healthier, more meaningful lives. She owns and operates Hohmcoming.com, a digital movement + mindfulness studio for pregnancy, motherhood and the journey within. ---------------------------------------------------- Connect with today’s guest, Briana Faust Website: www.hohmcoming.com Motherhood Circle (Sunday, May 15th) https://www.hohmcoming.com/events-workshops-1 Instagram: @hohmcoming/ ---------------------------------------------------- Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/highly-sensitive-soul-podcast-for-hsps/donations

32. HSP's in a Nutshell: Understanding the Highly Sensitive Person Trait with the DOES Framework
Want a simple way to wrap your head around the HSP trait? In today's episode I walk you through the DOES framework by Dr. Elaine Aron. 31. The Beauty of Walking at Your Own Pace in Life
Ever felt like the pace of the day was too fast? Ever felt guilty about taking the time you need to slow down, or move at a different pace? In today’s episode, I’m sharing some of my personal experiences with slowing down, listening to my body, and allowing myself to do what I need...when I need. A huge disclaimer that I recognize that the capitalistic framework we are under can make it challenging to give ourselves what we need. There are systemic factors at work that impact us and that can bring challenges to caring for ourselves and walking our own pace. So I invite each of us to see where we can weave in even a little more of what we need in life, and to challenge the thought-patterns that may have been taught to us about being “on” all the time, about hustle, and about being productive. Join me on today's episode with Author & Priestess Stella Tomlinson as we dive into: Exploring how the outer seasons of the menstrual cycle, the moon and the seasonal year affect our inner world of emotions and the soul. How, as highly sensitives, we're naturally sensitive to the entire circle of the energy of life, death and rebirth and how honouring this full cycle is essential for our mental and emotional health as well as spiritual authenticity. And perhaps my favorite part of this whole conversation: exploring an alternative view of perimenopause as a sacred right of passage. I love changing the narrative on this! I invite you to tune and and hear what Stella has to share with us today :) She'll briefly touch on her new book called Cycles of Belonging, published by Womancraft Publishing. Today’s special guest Alison Evin shares her wonderful knowledge about Ayurveda. If you’ve never heard of it before, that’s ok! Ever done a yoga class? Well, that’s part of Ayurvedic Medicine.
