In the chapter 'The Wrongful Desires' I narrated the experience of my healing journey, where I figured out the processing of different brain parts. While trying to develop the relationship between those brain parts, I realized that my desire to return to the people responsible for my trauma is not because of their love. It is the idea of love that I have been expecting from them since childhood. The same people who hurt me in the past fed these ideas to my brain. When my brain gets activated under various dangers, it immediately looks for a safe space. The nexus of neurological wires play with my body like soothing destruction. Listen to the podcast to know how I managed to continue my healing with the help of my healers.

In the first chapter, I talked about how trauma affected my relationships and everyday life. I have also talked about my addiction to substances and how my therapist helped me to understand my addiction instead of shame. The disoriented situation of mine keeps pushing people away, and I often react in toxic and abusive ways. There is no excuse for it. No one around me is responsible for my worst behavior and anger. I know and remember all those names and faces responsible for my trauma and depression. They messed up my mental health in all possible ways and later left me to bleed on those I love the most.
