Hey Ladies!
I know I went off-grid last week. Well, life was life-ing, and I was a little busy. Thank you for your patience and for coming back to rock with me again. I appreciate you all and I love you.
Today, we’re diving into a conversation that hits home for so many of us: Entitlement vs Appreciation.
Where do we draw the line between knowing what we deserve and demanding what was never promised?
How do we stay grounded in gratitude without shrinking ourselves or accepting less than we’re worth?
Hey ladies! Join in as we pick up from where we stopped last week on The Audacity of Men.
Today’s episode is a bit hot so grab your popcorn and enjoy 😍😍😍
It has been a long week which is why I’m dropping something every woman should be able to relate to.
Hi ladies! Today’s episode is about The audacity of men and women reclaiming their power and voice
Let’s talk about the entitlement, the double standards and taking our power back as women
Today’s episode is short and concise. So if you’re not a fan of longer episodes, today is for you
Tune in, Listen and enjoy
For episode 5, I honestly wasn’t sure at first what I wanted to talk about. Then this thought about societal expectations just popped into my head. I didn’t have the exact topic figured out right away, but eventually I did. Conformity being something I’ve never really agreed with, and a topic that’s super close to my heart. That’s why I decided to go with Conformity and Freedom.
This episode feels really special to me because of how much this topic means. I’ll be sharing my thoughts on the relationship between conformity and freedom, how they play out in our lives, why freedom doesn’t have to be doing the exact opposite of what society expects and why breaking away from expectations can feel both scary and liberating.
So let’s dive in and talk about what it really means to live freely, without losing ourselves to conformity.

Note: Hey ladies. So Around the 13 minute mark I made a mistake by saying “main characters do not lead, they follow” but it should have been “main characters do not follow, they lead”. By my explanation I’m sure you guys would understand what I actually meant. Just wanted to clear that up before we get started.
Welcome to Finding Me, A space where we grow, take steps, pause, reflect and progress.
Many people have been conditioned to put everyone else’s needs before theirs whether because of the need to people please or it’s an unconscious act. But constantly putting yourself last can leave you drained, resentful, and disconnected from who you really are.
In this episode, we’re talking about what it truly means to put yourself first and why putting yourself first doesn’t equate being selfish rather it is an act of self-respect. I’ll share simple mindset shifts that can help you release the guilt around choosing yourself.
We’ll explore how prioritizing your needs can help you show up more fully. Because when you’re aligned, energized, and grounded, everyone benefits. Not just you.
Also, If you’ve ever struggled with saying “no,” felt pressured to people-please, or wondered how to find balance without burning out, this episode will give you both the encouragement and the tools to start putting yourself first without apology because saying “no” and putting yourself first doesn’t make you a bad person.
Hey ladies! Welcome to the second episode of Finding Me, A space where we grow, take steps, pause, reflect, and progress.
In the last episode, I mentioned how taking the first step is an important part of the journey. Today, I want to build on that thought. Starting doesn’t require you to feel completely ready, because the truth remains that confidence grows through experience, not just knowledge.
Knowledge is essential, of course, but it becomes even more powerful when you put it into action. The more you use what you already know, the more you’ll learn along the way. That’s why starting, even imperfectly, matters so much.
By the end of this episode, we’ll do a short exercise together to put this into practice. And for those who’d like to stay connected afterward, I’ll be sharing my TikTok link so we can continue the conversation.
Remember, you don’t need to have it all figured out before you begin. Just start and let the journey shape you.

Hey Ladies! Welcome to the very first episode of Finding Me! In this episode, I’m not only introducing the podcast but also sharing a little bit about who Maryam is and why I started this journey.I didn’t want to overwhelm you with too many personal details right away, so I’m keeping it simple and also revealing my number one trick for beginning the process of finding yourself.Because here’s the truth: finding yourself doesn’t have to feel impossible. When we’re stuck in old mindsets or afraid to take the first step, we make the journey harder than it really is. But growth starts with a shift in perspective.Sometimes, you just need to stop overthinking, take action, and let the clarity come later. So, let’s take that first step together because you never know what the future holds.I hope you guys love it.If you’re listening to me on Spotify, drop me a comment or question I’ll love to hear from you.
