Thanks for being with me for 85 episodes! I hope this one will inspire you to see your challenges in a new way, and to document evidence of your growth every day. You've got this... There's so much beauty on the other side.
I had so much fun interviewing my husband, Chris, for this episode! Thanks to everyone who submitted questions. We hope this will be helpful for anyone in a relationship, particularly for those who are navigating pelvic health challenges. We love you!

The Vagina Rehab Doctor (Dr. Janelle Howell, PT, DPT) is a Pelvic Physical Therapist and Board Certified Women's Health Specialist. She is a leader in all things vaginal happiness, and is creating a global culture of radical vaginal health education and radical self love! In this interview, Dr. Janelle and I discuss foods that support vaginal health. These foods support digestive health, hormone balance, and pH balance, in order to support your WHOLE body (including your vagina). We also touch on specific foods for male health. You CAN eat for better sex, improved fertility, and improved pelvic health!
In this episode, I talk about why it's NOT selfish if you need alone time, and how to find it (even in the busiest lives). For me, I need space to hear my own thoughts, to organize my life, to know what I want/need, and to know the next steps. I've found TRUTH in the adage that when you look after yourself first, you — and everyone around you — will be richly rewarded.
I also share practical tips about traveling alone, and important reminders if your solo-cation is just a few minutes at the coffee shop down the street!

My mission is love + helping people live a vibrant life, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, age, race, or cultural identity. If you’re a human, you have a pelvic floor…. and you have the potential for pelvic floor challenges.
In this candid conversation with Nicole Guappone, we address language and terminology around gender identity. This chat is perfect for people (like me, Dr. Bri), who humbly admit that they don't know enough about inclusive language... for people who are exploring their own gender identity... or for healthcare providers who strive to provide compassionate, respectful care for all of their clients.
Investing in yourself -- whether personal/spiritual development, professional development, or your health -- is essential, and will pay HUGE dividends. In this episode, I'll tell you why, and show you how you can invest in yourself (even for free).

An essential message for ALL of my listeners: learn the basics, and then get out of your head and into your body. How to stop overthinking your pelvic health... You've got this, and I've got you!
This interview with Sharon Oakley is pure gold. She shares her story of postpartum bladder leakage (and ultimately, prolapse), and how this led her to feeling like her vagina was "broken." Sharon was able to identify old stories and limiting beliefs that were holding her back, and rewrote them in a way that propelled her forward to health. With tools such as journaling and reframes, Sharon was able to resolve a majority of her pelvic floor concerns and is now living an active life with her husband and son.

Megan's story is based on her own personal experience with resolving prolapse at-home. As with any exercise/wellness program, please understand that everyone is different and will respond differently to the exercises and information presented. Results are not guaranteed, and the information provided in this interview (and in all FemFusion/Vibrant Pelvic Health programming) are NOT to be used as a substitute for individualized medical evaluation and treatment. I'm so thrilled to have Scarlett on the show today, one of the founding members of my Transcend program. Scarlett's prolapse is now 90% resolved and in this interview she shares: her daily energy practice (and how she fits it into her busy life), how she was able to get to the root of her pelvic tension issues (and recognize and release these root-cause issues), and how she faced her fears of speaking and was the FIRST ONE to dive into our Transcend Voxer group... and the surprising implications this had on her overall health (including her pelvic health).

You might want to listen to this one twice! Beth Basham and I discuss why the most important tool for health and healing isn't your diet or exercise plan, but it's what's going in between your ears... In your BRAIN. Your conscious mind, AND your subconscious mind! Beth shares her own personal journey with food/diet and body image, and we make connections throughout the episode to pelvic health so that you can apply some of these takeaways to your own life. Ultimately, Beth and I want you to to partner with your body rather than working against it. Enjoy this conversation!
