Despite not having the birth I had planned, I emphasize that the most important thing is the health and safety of the baby and mother.

Intro to who I am, where I am at in life and what brought me to start a podcast.
Welcome to Designing Motherhood podcast, I’m your host Kaitlyn Dirk and I started this while being in the thick of motherhood and wanting an outlet to speak on different topics I know myself and others are going through.
I’m passionate about connecting and helping other moms know they aren’t alone in the ups and downs of being a mom while also doing life & wearing all the hats.
Here we will talk all things pregnancy, new motherhood, birth, wellness, spirituality and so much more with special guests and what’s been on my mind.
If you’re a new mama or been at this for awhile, this is the place for you. And yes while it’s a gift and privilege to be a mom, it is also is a wild journey that we are just trying to figure out each day and we are better together.
I’m excited to be open and real while also being a safe space for you to feel seen and heard.
You got this mama
