I am very excited to bring you Coffee Cruisers, a podcast dedicated to building a strong and supportive community for all of you. This is a space for non athletes, athletes and any lover of movement. Whether you're cruising as a running, cyclist, swimmer, if you just love staying active, or if you love cruising around the world and traveling, I hope this podcast brings something to the table for you all.
My mission is use my degree in Kinesiology and my masters in sport science to educate, inspire, and connect with you like- minded people through the content that will be covered. You can expect to hear content that covers everything from training tips, nutrition advice, to athlete stories, and even content on staying fit while traveling.
I truly believe in the power of community and collaboration and I am here to inspire you on your health, fitness or endurance journey. I will have a wide variety of guests join me in this journey to provide you with a mix of expertise, passion, and a whole lot of fun topics for you.
This podcast may be split into different themes covering endurance sports, health and wellness and travel or cruising around the world. So tune-in for more episodes covering various topics to.
