Sigi is a household name in the NSL, with impressive seasons for Leeds Rhinos, London Pulse and Surrey Storm. Despite playing in the UK for a number of years, she has also managed to balance her schedule and her travel to gain 28 caps for the South African senior squad. In this podcast we get into the good, the bad and the ugly of being an athlete abroad, managing work vs netball commitments and how she copes with the desolation on the international stage!This is a GREAT watch (and listen), Sigi is known for bringing the energy and she certainly doesn't disappoint here! Being a Young Talent and Coping with pressure with NSL athlete Sienna Rushton

Rushton is a seasoned NSL athlete with memorable appearances for Leeds Rhinos and Surrey Storm. However what many don't know is that Sienna is also a Senior Netball Europe Champion, has toured New Zealand and Australia with Roses U19 and U21 and wore her first England dress at the age of just 14. Achieving so much at such a young age doesn't come without its challenges and in this podcast we discuss how Sienna handled the pressure of shooting and having to perform in such a competitive environment and at such a young age.
