Sigi is a household name in the NSL, with impressive seasons for Leeds Rhinos, London Pulse and Surrey Storm. Despite playing in the UK for a number of years, she has also managed to balance her schedule and her travel to gain 28 caps for the South African senior squad. In this podcast we get into the good, the bad and the ugly of being an athlete abroad, managing work vs netball commitments and how she copes with the desolation on the international stage!This is a GREAT watch (and listen), Sigi is known for bringing the energy and she certainly doesn't disappoint here!
