We are not professional financial advisors. After hearing that line in so many YouTube videos, it feels good to say it ourselves, and jokes aside we do mean it! Over the past year as many people have been naturally saving more money than usual, several people have gotten into investing, and we fully support it. Investing is a great way to build wealth over time using the power of compound interest or if you are good with CFDs (the high risk, high reward stuff) then you can amass quite a bit in a matter of days. Whatever we discuss in this episode with our good friend Parth as the guest, is from our own experience of investing so far, and we have made multiple mistakes that we hope by sharing will prevent many of you from doing the same.

This week we have our first ever musical artist guest. To us, he is the greatest rapper in the world! Not just because of his talent, but his infectious energy that just exudes positivity and joy. We recorded this on a Sunday, which is his 'me-day' and we were really grateful for his time. His roots are based in Essex, but he spends most of his time now in Lonon. Already in his young career, he has achieved so much, including BBC introducing artist 2020, over 200,000 streams on Spotify in 2021 already, and a hit single that reached number two on iTunes in South Africa (the crazy thing is that he wrote this song on a train ride). Holly competes in the heptathlon, pentathlon, and long jump events. This week we have the magnificent Maiya Sagoo, and it was a privilege to host what was her first-ever podcast episode. She expressed her nervousness prior to the recording, but you would not be able to tell at all! With over 27,000 followers on Tiktok, and over 290,000 likes, which has allowed her Instagram to follow the same trajectory; Maiya is a model and a university student. This academic year is supposed to be her year abroad, whereby she got the opportunity to live in Madrid, so of course, we took a deep dive into that experience and compared it with student life in London. Additionally, we got to learn more about her, and a bit more about professional modelling, which was intriguing. Maiya does not see her self as an influencer or Tiktok famous or perceive social media as a job, however, it is her hobby and form of escapism. Here it is, the third and final part of our unforgettable Scotland trip. This part highlights the final moments at our lakeside beach campsite followed by our transition to the Airbnb and the two memorable days spent in the town of Aviemore. The Airbnb experience was another holiday in a holiday. It was a whole different experience compared to camping; we got to enjoy civilization! We all got to eat proper food, sleep in a warm room, bathe in fresh hot water, and two of our members released their natural pressure for the first time in over four days. I am sorry for that information, but it was a record that had to be shared. The coach trip back to London was nowhere near as exciting as the ride into Scotland, but we did all get to sit together for the bulk of the journey, which made it much more bearable. Shreyash makes his debut in the podcast, Ronik makes another appearance, and Devam is, unfortunately, unable to join due to winter exams. Take care, and please share! See you next week :)
