This week we are back to being our little trio, and yes it has been a while! We talk about a virtual fitness challenge that Prashan came across called the 'Conqueror Virtual Challenges'. We are not affiliated with them in any way. Prashan convinced us and several of our friends to participate in these challenges, hence we felt obliged to share our experience. A lot of people have lost the motivation to be active during these past lockdowns, and we think this is one great way to reverse that.
