This episode marks a special milestone — for the first time, Emiliano joins as co-host! Together, we dive into an inspiring and grounded conversation with our guest Hans Lodders, who shares the story behind QXOTE — the land regeneration and educational project he and his wife are building in one of the driest regions of Portugal.
What began as a search for deeper balance and a life beyond the high-paced, profit-driven culture of the Netherlands, evolved into a bold mission: to reforest land, create a space for experiential education, and foster meaningful cultural exchange. QXOTE is more than a project — it’s a way of life rooted in purpose, community, and nature.
We explore what it means to build a sustainable future from the ground up — for the planet and the people.

In this deeply honest and heart-opening conversation with Marima (background: holistic therapy, voice liberation, tantra-work)) we explore the powerful balance of feminine and masculine energies that live within all of us — beyond gender, beyond labels. We dive into how these energies can empower, challenge, confuse, and ultimately liberate us when we learn to understand and embody them consciously.
From personal stories to collective reflections, we talk about what it means to live in flow and in structure, to soften and to lead, and how the freedom to choose our energy in each moment becomes a tool for healing, connection, and authenticity.
Whether you're new to this conversation or have danced with these polarities before — this episode is an invitation to look within and embrace your wholeness.
Tune in, reflect, and let us know: How do you embody your feminine & masculine energy?

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Nana, a child psychologist, for a post-podcast reflection on our previous conversation. Two weeks ago, we had a deep dive into some fascinating topics, but in this episode, the focus shifts to how we felt during the conversation. We explore what made us feel truly present, what caused us to disconnect, and how we managed to keep the conversation authentic and engaging. It’s a fun and investigative discussion as we reflect on the art of staying present in conversations and the surprises we discovered along the way.
In this spontaneous and deeply engaging episode, we sat down with Nana, a child psychologist and my current housemate, without any script or plan—just two minds exploring the moment. What unfolded was a fun, thought-provoking, and authentic conversation about the challenges of truly being present, the unpredictability of life, and the lessons learned from adventures in China at the Shaolin Temple.
We dive into the philosophy of presence, personal growth, and human psychology, all while keeping it lighthearted and real. Expect laughter, deep insights, and a raw, unfiltered exchange between two people reflecting on the world.
Tune in for a philosophical yet playful discussion that might just leave you questioning how present you really are.
Ever felt like you're stuck in a version of yourself that you didn’t fully choose? In this episode, I sit down with my very close friend Emiliano to explore how identity shapes our subconscious, influences our beliefs, and ultimately controls our behavior. When we cling too tightly to who we think we are, we risk staying small—trapped by limitations we don’t even realize we’ve set.
But what if identity could be something we create, rather than something that controls us? What if we could shape it to align with our wildest dreams?
And speaking of new beginnings… there’s something special about this episode—something that’s just getting started. You’ll have to listen to find out. 👀

Share your Mind - is a recent concept that we embarked on, where Leo Shares his Mind about his experiences and all the thoughts, reflections, and insights that come with that. Today's episode dives into the unknown world of fasting, where I Leo did not eat solid food for 72 hours. Food is essential for Humans' existence, or is it? My intention in fasting was to change my conscious state and see what I would discover once the food was absent since it's such a constant in day-to-day life. Join me to explore what role food has in my life and together we can explore what role it plays in yours! Ready?

In today's episode, we dive deeper into the topic of "Death". We invite Lana Renet, who recently lost her father, to share how it is to live with death lurking around the corner for six months. She gives us insight into the rollercoaster of losing a loved one and all the emotions that come with it.
Despite all, Lana shows us that all layers of life are there to be experienced. There is no need to look away if you have the tools and courage to embrace them.
Let's dive deep and explore what this layer of life can be like.
Join us!
Ok everybody. Today we are talking about death. That elephant in the room that no one really likes to talk about or face.
The father of Leo's partner left his body recently and holding somebody in the process of dying and the aftermath of it, has profoundly moved him and re-think his way of wanting to live and relate to his loved ones. Anton lost his father 4 years ago and has had a strong process with death and making peace with it.
In humbleness of the energy that death brings, we share a very vulnerable conversation that puts truths on the table that you might not want to hear.
Enjoy and let us know what you think!
