Unveiling Personal Integrity: Beyond Honesty and Respect

Join us as we embark on the Personal Integrity Series, a thoughtful exploration of what it means to live with personal integrity. Drawing inspiration from my father's example, this episode unpacks the concept beyond the typical notions of honesty and respect. Reflecting on his life, we discuss how integrity is about living in alignment with one’s values and taking accountability for one's actions. We emphasize the importance of being true to oneself, honoring personal commitments, and understanding our realistic capacities without self-deception. This discussion sets the stage for a deeper understanding of integrity as an internal, integrated state that extends outwardly to our interactions with others.
In the next segment, we shift focus to the distinction between internal and external integrity, examining how we present ourselves in different aspects of our lives. The episode underscores the importance of listener engagement, inviting you to share your thoughts and reflections, which will be addressed in future episodes. By responding to your insights and challenges, we aim to foster a richer, more interactive dialogue. Tune in to explore these nuanced perspectives on integrity and how they shape our personal and communal lives.

No More "Try" in Our Growth and Evolution

Ever wondered if the constant effort to heal is holding you back from truly living? After navigating through the complex maze of therapy, coaching, and trauma work, we found ourselves constantly seeking external solutions to fix what we thought was broken. But what if we told you that the real journey begins when you recognize your inherent worth and enoughness? Join us as we share our personal experiences and epiphanies, challenging the idea that you must be dissatisfied with your life to seek change. We affirm that it's perfectly healthy to desire growth and evolution, even when things are going well.
In this riveting episode, we also dive into the concept of personal power and how the choices we make can shape our journey. While acknowledging that life's external forces and unimaginable events are inevitable, we emphasize the incredible ability we have to decide how we respond and grow from these experiences. The conversation gets deeply introspective as we discuss owning our power and presence in the moment. We leave you with a thought-provoking question: Can we let go of the relentless quest to heal and trust in the divine intelligence of the universe to guide our evolution and growth? Tune in to explore the balance between self-acceptance and continuous personal growth.

You are THE ONE: Aligning Your Inner and Outer Worlds

Have you ever considered that you are the constant in every aspect of your life? This episode promises to unlock the transformative power of realizing that you are always the central figure in your universe. Join us as we reflect on the end of a long-term relationship and discuss how the relentless search for "the one" often misguides us to look outward—be it for a soulmate, a dream job, or a perfect workout. By embracing our own personal power, choices, and integrity, we shape our experiences and relationships, which reflect our inner wounds and beauty. This realization opens the door to healthier, more fulfilling connections that resonate with our true essence.

Navigating Life's Timing: The Power of the 'Double Yes' in Decision-Making

When my heart said 'go' but the universe whispered 'not yet,' I found myself grappling with the timing of ambition and the wisdom of patience. My office space adventure was a classic example, teaching me the hard lesson of the 'double yes' in decision-making. At the confluence of intuition and readiness, this episode delves into the personal journey of aligning our deepest desires with the universe's perfect timing. Through the tale of when I leaped too soon, I offer a candid look at understanding and embracing the second affirmation that can be the difference between success and setback.
Reflecting on the cinematic narrative of "Sliding Doors," I muse over the idea that our choices, whether immediate or delayed, ultimately guide us to where we're destined. This episode isn't just about the decisions themselves but about the symphony of affirmations that lead us to act with confidence. It's here, by the water's edge, that I recall the value of listening—both to our inner circle and the quiet yet powerful voice within. As the anticipation of Memorial Day stirs a sense of joy and reflection, join me in a conversation that's equal parts heartwarming advice and an invitation to trust in the beauty of life's timing and the strength found in patient counsel.

Embracing the Void: A Journey of Transformation and Trust

Join me on a journey through what I've termed 'the void,' an expansive and often challenging space of personal growth and transformation. As we navigate this episode together, I share my intimate experiences of the past two years, where the path forward was shrouded in mystery, and the urge to create and produce was met with the need for introspection and internal work. It's a narrative that resonates with anyone who's felt their identity tied to relentless doing, only to discover the profound shift that comes from releasing and allowing creation to emerge effortlessly from one's soul.
Listen in as I open up about the discomfort of sitting with uncertainty, and the practice of becoming comfortable in the in-between. I recount tales of how I've learned to pick up on life's subtle cues—those breadcrumbs the universe scatters before us, guiding us toward our next steps without revealing the entire path. This chapter is an invitation to consider one's identity beyond mere roles and actions, and to find the courage to trust the process, even when clarity seems out of reach.
Wrapping up, we delve into the notion of divine timing and the magic that unfolds when we step back and let things happen naturally. From the creation of the Wild Visionary brand to the epiphanies that have guided me, this episode is a testament to the power of patience and the incredible synchronicity that aligns with our deepest intentions when we give ourselves permission to trust. So, sit back, relax, and let's embrace the stillness together, confident that our dreams are being nurtured, even as we wait for them to take flight.

From Conventional to Embracing the Woo- Interview with Marie Gunn

Marie always felt a deeper connection to the spiritual side of herself. Being raised rigidly in religion, she then went into being a mom and a more “conventional” way of living. As she is embarking on the “second half” of her life, she wants to more fully lean into the natural, spiritual, synchronistic and woo way of living. She embraced energy work and healing the body from the inside after her daughter was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. This “messy middle” episode is to help you see the ways you’re still playing small and encourage you to more fully embrace who you truly are.

After this interview, she took a step towards embracing her woo and launched her holistic baking company- Conscious Cupcake!

Finding Creative Light After Loss- Interview with Dawn Renee Bova

After the loss of her son, Dawn was “in the dark” for a long time. She started by giving to others and then realized she needed to “put her mask on first”. She did this by finding expression through art. She found community through art and found healing modalities to further get herself out of the dark. She says “We have to be radical in love for self”. I invite you to listen and hear how no matter where you are right now, there is an access to presence, flow, and space when we allow ourselves to express creatively. Find your joy now.

The Magic of Surrender- Interview with Kute Blackson

How does surrender give us more than we ever thought possible? We often have an intellectual awareness of surrender, but resistance when it comes to the process of letting go and learning on a soul level what it means. When Kute began to brainstorm ideas for his newest book, "The Magic of Surrender '', he didn't want to write about this topic and had a whole white board of "best seller ideas" but one little word was written up on the board that he was compelled, on a soul level, to do the hard work of sitting down to bring this lesson into the world. He takes us through a deeper level of understanding of surrender, offering that it allows us less choice and but ultimately more freedom. Once we are able to acknowledge our truth, begin on the healing journey of releasing what was never our nature to begin with, we open a space to hear where our spirit is leading us so we can honor and embrace our highest calling. This conversation is just a taste of the deep awareness that happens as you read his book.  Kute Blackson is a Transformational Teacher, Entrepreneur, Best Selling Author of "You are the One" and "The Magic of Surrender", and Host of the Soul Talk podcast.

Welcome to The What's Possible Series

Welcome to a new series on The Wild Visionary Podcast. Why am I doing this series? The obvious answer is that this is a podcast for visionaries and it helps to hear what others have done, so you can start to see it for yourself. The other answer is, I have personally been in the midst of a transition and my realtionship with myself and what possibility can look like has changes. This will be a series of interviews where we hear stories of people taking control, steping into their power, and deciding how they want to live their life. I will be sprinkling in solo episodes about my life, what I have been learning in my recent "chapter' of life and my personal reflections from these powerful stories.

How to Create a New Habit in Life and Love- Interview with Kori Linn

This the the perfect transition episode to go from our Wellness Series into our What's Possible Series! What does it actually take to change your habits? Kori takes us on a journey of how to change our habits for good, using the "too small to fail" method. Many of us want to go "all in" on a new habit, commiting to working out everyday, eating better, getting more sleep, and improving our relationship in one big elephant size bite.... or week of impossible expectations. Kori says, that we can use the going all in method like a tool and recognize that most daily habits will be shifted in much smaller incriments. When we make large changes all of the sudden, the brain ofther goes in to fight or flight believing it is in danger and doing anything it can to bring us back to homostasis. What if we shifted the habit in such small incremental ways that our brain still thought everything was safe and normal so we could make the long lasting change we want? This will help you rethink the changes you want to make in your wellness and what is possible for your business and life.

How to Heal your Hormones, Adrenals, Body and Life- Interview with Dee Davidson

Have you ever found yourself once again, leaving the doctors office with a "everything is fine" diagnosis, but you know that something is not right? This is exactly what happened with Dee. She found herself with "mysterious" infertility, painful periods, weight gain, and anxiety, and realized that if she was going to find an answer she had to start asking different questions. This sparked a deep dive into what we are exposing our bodies to on the daily. "What we lather in can be even more inportant then what we eat", knowing that we are exposing ourselves to toxic chemicals outside, on, and in our bodies without much questioning. It has become Dee's mission to help raise awareness around the products we use, food we eat, and the way we move our body. She helps women regain their bodies, health, and hormonal balance throught the use of diet, exercise, functional lab testing, and deeper emotional and spritual healing. Dee is a Board Certified FDN-P, AANWP/AANWC, Master Mindset Coach, and Hormone Health Certified Practitioner.
