The Forgotten Map Of Our Pelvis - Where Safety, Shame & Pleasure Meet

The Forgotten Map Of Our Pelvis - Where Safety, Shame & Pleasure Meet

This episode goes straight to the root. Literally.

Most women can speak about trauma and nervous system regulation, but freeze when asked to map their own pelvis. We were never taught that the body’s deepest aliveness lives in the places we’ve been taught to avoid: the pelvic bowl, the perineum, the cervix, the pelvic floor. The sacred gateway between safety and pleasure.

In this juicy, unfiltered conversation, I sit down with Germany’s best kept secret, Sara Steden, a holistic practitioner and anatomy nerd who bridges the medical and the mystical.

Together we map the landscapes most of us were never shown. We talk about numbness, shame, invasive genital procedures and the ways women disconnect from their deepest intelligence: and how we can come back, cell by cell, breath by breath, touch by touch.

This episode is equal parts science, tenderness, and rebellion: a reminder that your body isn’t dirty, broken, or too much. It’s a masterpiece of nerve endings and aliveness, waiting for you to come home.

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your pleasure, had to deal with invasive genital procedures or are unsure how to feel your body again and expand your pleasure, this one is for you.

It’s time to get intimate with your anatomy. Literally.

Advanced Relationality: Beyond Cancel Culture into Mature Connection

Post-grad humaning: nuance, duality and real intimacy in a polarised world.

We live in a world that cancels fast. Disagree with me and you’re out. Block. Unfollow. Goodbye nuance. Goodbye learning. Goodbye intimacy.

In this episode I open up about what I call the “post-grad level of humaning”: advanced relationality.

I share how my own path - from early Buddhist training to sitting with the Taliban and former ISIS members - forced me to hold duality where I most wanted to hate. It was my first taste of advanced relationality: staying present with dissonance, respecting someone’s humanity even when you despise their choices.

Inside you’ll hear:

  • 🚫 Why cancel culture feels safe but keeps us small, lonely and unchallenged
🚫 A story from my Buddhist teacher that cracked my rage open and showed me basic goodness in people I thought were only evil
🚫 How that teaching helped me sit across from Taliban and former ISIS members without losing myself
🚫 What “orienting” means when perspectives vary and how it can transform your relationships

🚫 Practical ways to tolerate rupture and disagreement without self-abandonment or bypassing
🚫 How to start practising advanced relationality with the people who trigger you most, including your partner
This is for the women (and men!) who are beyond beginner work. The ones ready to get wider, hold more of life, and meet difference without collapse or control.

  • If you’re ready to practise this with me, DM me on Instagram or join my new group program this fall. Let’s anchor this level of humaning together.

Life as a Web: Presence, Resonance, Rupture and Relationality with Katja Markelova

What makes life bearable - even magical - when everything feels too much? You will receive the answer in this podcast, through all the ruptures we encountered 🐝

In this episode I sit with the extraordinary Katja Markelova, my mythical teacher (“similar to Joe Dispenza, but more fun!”) and a multidimensional being lives as a bridge between worlds. Katja’s field is one of resonance: being with her changes you. She embodies the paradox of grounded sorcery, where science, myth, and raw humanness meet.

In this episode we explore how presence isn’t a performance of stillness but a tidal rhythm, how resonance can change an entire field without words, and how true relationality - with ourselves, with others, with life itself - is the foundation everything rests on.  And that rupture, even if highly uncomfortable, is a portal into deeper intimacy and relationality.

    Together we wander into:

    • 🕸️ Why “love and light only” is a betrayal of human nature

🕸️ The cost of being “safe” instead of alive in trauma-informed spaces

🕸️ Learning how to be with the most difficult difficulty (in yourself, with others, and the world) without effort

🕸️ Leaning in with presence as the golden thread through rupture, repair and daily life

🕸️ Resonance (and rupture!) as a portal into depth, intimacy and unseen realms

🕸️ Relationality as the heart of being human, messy and unpolished

🕸️ The imaginal body as threshold and bridge between matter and myth

This conversation wasn’t neat. The recording itself ruptured, twice. A wasp visited. Headphones broke. Nothing went smoothly. And yet, the interruptions became the medicine: a reminder that life is layered, fractal, and relational, always asking us to widen rather than control.

Listen if you’re ready to lean into all of life and remember that presence, resonance, and relationality are not lofty ideals but the very fabric of life.

Wider Than The Fight - When Two Recovering-People-Pleasers Clash

Conflict isn’t the problem. Staying small to avoid it is.

In this episode, I sit down again with my partner Steve to open the curtain on what actually happens when two recovering-people-pleasers clash, rupture, and then choose to repair.

If you’ve ever swallowed your anger just to keep the peace…

If you’ve ever numbed your needs to stay “lovable”…

If you’ve ever feared that being too much would make him walk away…

then this conversation is for you.

    We talk about:

    • Why disharmony is not the enemy (and how avoiding it kills intimacy)

    • The messy reality of fighting when abandonment wounds get triggered

    • How we repair after rupture without bypassing the truth

    • Why expressing anger and wild emotions actually fuels more intimacy and more pleasure

    • What men can do to hold a woman’s full emotional range without collapsing or shutting down

It’s raw, unfiltered, and sometimes painfully human. And yet, what comes after the storm is always deeper intimacy, more freedom, and yes, wilder pleasure.

This isn’t a love story painted in pastel tones. It’s the truth about what it takes to love as adults who refuse to abandon themselves anymore.

For the Wide Woman, who feels all and numbs nothing.

Beyond Broken Through Tidal Waves - From Trauma To Resonance

It was time for something personal. A glimpse behind the curtain of how I went from five dense pages of trauma history to becoming a wide woman. I share the therapies and modalities that held me, how I finally landed in somatics, kairos time, and nervous system health, and how every single pattern I ever developed made sense.

This is a vulnerable telling of what it’s like to live with an ancestral field heavy with trauma and difficulty, when your nervous system is wired to flee and swell just to outrun the tidal wave.

I did not prep for this episode, I had no notes, or a structure. I just shared the words that wanted to be spoken.

    __________________________________________________________

In this intimate solo episode, Anne shares the raw truth of her healing journey: from generational trauma and panic attacks to working in war zones, experiencing sexual assault, and finding deep resonance in the world of somatics.

    She unpacks:

    • Why cognitive therapy was a lifeline, but not the whole story

    • The shift into somatic therapy and working with multiple bodies (ancestral, emotional, relational, energetic, etc)

    • How trauma shows up in real life, and how it also doesn’t define us

    • The power of movement, travel, and tuning into your own rhythm (the right tidal conditions)

    • What “healthy tidal waves” in the nervous system can look like

    • How to find completion and resonance instead of constantly chasing regulation

This is for the woman who is tired of being reduced to a trauma response.

This is for the woman who knows her body remembers something deeper.

This is for the wide woman who’s ready to trust somatic time.

What It Takes to Love a Wide Woman - My Partners’ Perspective

What does it take to love a Wide Woman?

“In conversation with the man who gets to love me.”

In this intimate episode, Anne sits down with her partner Steve to talk about what real polarity and embodied mature relationality looks like.

    Together, they speak on:

    • What it actually means to be a “wide woman”

    • How emotional maturity changes everything in love

    • How co-regulated rage can be hotter than sex

    • How to deal with attachment wounding: how to flee while choosing to be contained

    • Repair, wrestling, and rebuilding trust after traume

    • The difference between safe polarity and the trauma version of it

    • Moving from hyper-independence into surrender

    • What it takes for a man to truly hold the feminine

    • How cosmic intimacy is born from nervous system safety

This episode is a love letter to women who’ve done the work and are ready to soften without shrinking. This is what you’ll hear me say:

🫦 “You just held me while I raged. And something in my cells - in my body - finally got to finish running.”

🫦 “Most women are playing out polarity on top of dysregulation. It’s not hot. It’s trauma.”

🫦 “He listened like a king. No fixing. No flinching. And I realised: “maybe he’s wide too.”

🫦 “I brought my shit on the second date. Trauma, boundaries, abuse history, all of it. And he stayed.”

🫦 “Our love isn’t perfect. But we repair. We rage. We wrestle. And then we fall in love again.”

Plugged into the Cosmos: Why My Body Opens in the Middle East

In this episode, I take you into the heat, pulse, and mythic energy of the Middle East and share how my body opens the moment I land there. This is a story of somatic wizardry, cosmic fields, and the love affair I’ve had with this part of the world for almost a decade.

I also guide you through a simple but powerful orientation + resourcing practice, so you can experience your body in a different way as you listen, not just with your mind, but with your other bodies: emotional, physical, energetic and even spiritual body. The ones capitalism forgets.

    Inside this episode:

🐦‍🔥 An introduction to somatic wizzardy AND a somatic practice to help you listen with your other bodies, instead of   just your mind (mental body)

🐦‍🔥 My story of picking up when the cosmos calls: saying yes to Afghanistan, Iraq, and then Qatar

🐦‍🔥How the land itself can become a field of goodness, and what happens when it loves you back

🐦‍🔥 Why I believe every woman deserves to live a life of mythic proportions and giving you a first impression of how you can get yourself there

🐦‍🔥An invitation into energetic abundance, and the truth that there are a zillion bodies and a zillion fields

If you’ve ever felt the nudge to say yes when logic says no... if your body buzzes but your brain resists... if you’re ready to step beyond survival into energetic aliveness... this one’s for you.

What It Really Means to Stay With Your Body Even When the World Is Burning

What does it actually mean to stay with yourself when your nervous system is screaming “GET OUT”?

In this raw and real first episode, Anne shares a true story from her recent trip to Qatar where she was invited to teach her magic, all while a war raged just across the water.

This isn’t just a story about Qatar. It’s about the moment her body wanted to run, and she chose to stay.

    You’ll hear:

🔥 What happens when old trauma is reactivated in real time

🔥 How Anne navigated panic, fear, and the urge to dissociate

🔥 The difference between bypass and true nervous system leadership

🔥 Why sensitivity is not the problem and capacity is

🔥 What it takes to stay rooted in your body when everything in you wants to leave

This is Wide Woman work. We don’t collapse. We don’t perform. We widen. So we can hold our fear, our shame, our brilliance, and still stay.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too sensitive” for this world, this episode is for you.
