The Nurse Practitioner’s Lifeline
The Enemy in Your Pantry: How Food Becomes Spiritual Warfare

In this episode, I open up about one of the enemy’s sneakiest battlefields—our food. From the very first temptation in the Garden to today’s processed snacks lining our shelves, I share why I believe food is more than nutrition—some of it’s spiritual warfare. You’ll hear how the gut and the microbiome can literally “order takeout” through cravings, how yeast overgrowth hijacks our decisions, and why healing at the root cause level isn’t just about digestion—it’s about freedom.

But this episode isn’t just about food. It’s about you. If you’ve ever felt called to root cause healing but fear has kept you stuck, I’ll challenge you to see the cost of inaction in your life, your family, and your patients’ lives. Other people’s healing is waiting on the other side of your yes.

Ready to step into your calling? Learn how our Passive Clients model can help you save time, earn more, and finally put your life back in order—with God first, family second, and work last—exactly how it should be.

The Nurse Practitioner’s Lifeline
Super High Ticket/Corporate Offers in Functional Med

You know what’s more soul-crushing than prior auths and 10-minute sick visits? Getting paid peanuts to put out fires you didn’t start... in a broken system. 🙃

But what if you could step into rooms where companies pay you well—not to push prescriptions—but to actually heal their employees?

In this episode, I sit down with Richard Ellis, a corporate wellness strategist and entrepreneur who’s helped health practitioners land high-ticket corporate contracts (think 5- and 6-figure packages 😮‍💨). We’re talking about functional health providers (yes, even you, NP friend 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️) stepping into boardrooms and getting paid like consultants, not burned-out clinicians.

You’ll learn:

  • 🔥 What corporations are actually looking for in health partnerships

  • 💼 How to position yourself as a solution, not another expense

  • 📈 The system Richard teaches to package and pitch your services confidently

  • 🧠 Mindset shifts you must make to leave the land of hourly rates and step into your CEO era

Whether you’re still in a clinic or already mapping out your own business model, this convo will open your eyes to what’s possible—and profitable—when you stop thinking like an employee and start thinking like a wellness entrepreneur. 🙌

Ready to go from charting fatigue to corporate contracts? This one’s for you.

Multiple Sclerosis Healing & Health and Wellness Business Building

On this episode, Dr. Lauren Duroy, a Family Doctor of Nursing Practice interviews, Aleiah Kennedy, a Health Coach who very transparently shares her journey of leaving the Dental Industry and going ALL IN on holistic intervention to save her husband when conventional treatment for MS (Multiple Sclerosis), and secondary progressive ms were not aligning with their need for recovery.

With a baby on the way, they knew they had to have a better outcome than the 40% chance of improvement that the pharmaceuticals offered.

While we can't say there is a cure here, we can share one "crazy" story following a natural treatment option for multiple sclerosis.

This interview also goes into depth with how the enemy is deceiving us in what we perceive to be normal in today's health society and sick treatments.

Then we put the "Cherry on the Top" by talking about some barriers and limiting beliefs that stop many much-needed practitioners from entering the Functional Medicine world. How Do I Stop Dreading Monday's?

Today's episode is all about how to transform your excitement for Mondays..By Transforming what your Mondays look like. Warning: this will take courage & is only for those who are commmited.

I used to get a gut-wrenching drop in my stomach every Sunday evening when I realized Monday was right around the corner. But, after I implemented this one thing I became excited for Mondays!

If you struggle with the Sunday Evening Blues, too, this episode is for you!

I learned what Society tells us that is a lie. It is something that most of us fall into believing and going after on almost default.

then I learned how to change that and start working towards things that  I am called to,  instead of following society's lead, and learning how if you do that,  the money will follow.

I don't believe it is something that we are taught how to do. sometimes we're told to follow our hearts but we're never actually instructed how to do that and the cues around us are completely counter that message.

In this episode, I explain how functional medicine was one of the driving factors to uncovering why I was resentful in my current career and how I could use that to fuel my future for something that I'm passionate about.

The Nurse Practitioner’s Lifeline
Functional Findings Adrenal Fatigue and Biblical Truths: Part I

This was my first time uploading with video. There are some things that did not go as planned. I am not able to edit the videos the same as the audio. Hey, you know that I am REAL and raw with you and there are times that you are able to sit with me and learn along with me!

The important thing is NOT that I appear "perfectly polished" (which is not possible anyway), the important thing is that I get you the message that the Lord gave me to give you! Therefore you get 2 podcasts, completed unedited. Part two will be uploaded directly afterward! Physiological Fear, stress, adrenal fatigue

  • Diseases and fear
  • Adrenal Fatigue and its implications
  • Scripture if you are following along in your Bible: Exodus 14 and Joshua 1:-7

How does the word of God support, or contradict medical, functional sciences?
