We all have our unique journey, set of skills, experiences, emotional & mental natures, personalities and lessons to learn. I think we all get a little caught up in life - a little too caught up in what others may expect of us, of what we may expect of ourselves, and not giving ourselves the allowance of the cycles and lessons we came here with to help us learn and grow. I believe in the cycles and balancing of life's pillars - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Sometimes we may have years where we experience one aspect more than the others and build that part of ourselves, but we need to allow ourselves to move on. We need to allow ourselves to learn new things about...us, dive deeper into other aspects of ourselves so we can begin to put the pieces back together. So we can learn the lessons we panned out for ourselves to make us whole. Remembering that this life is FOR us, not against us. All the hardship is to build us up and help us to realize what we are capable of, to go after our dreams and know that our journey and interests are unique to us.
Staying in your own lane is huge! Remembering that this life is about us and knowing this can help us through so many hiccups and road bumps that we don't really need to get involved in. Focusing on the self is a key guiding tool you can use daily to learn more about yourself, balance your life more harmoniously and get to the places you'd like to see yourself in. This saying keeps me on track and gives me that reminder to not allow others emotions or actions bother me or influence in anyway, because at the end of the day this life is about me and no one else, as it is the same for you.

We all have a specific role on this planet and most of us don't have a clue of what it could be. We're so wrapped up in everything and everyone else's business that is hard for us to pinpoint our true purpose. Have you done you inner work? Have you noticed a specific theme to the past several years lessons? You may be experiencing an epiphany NOW, or some kind of huge realization about your life; and I'm here to encourage you to GO FOR IT! If you're looking for a sign, THIS IS IT! We have a purpose to fulfill for the betterment of this planet and now is the time to start taking our steps towards it. We are connected to all living things, once we discover this and discover our place in it all we can begin to create the world we dream of seeing. Relationships are a HUGE feature in our everyday lives that are continuously showing us aspects of ourselves. I've learned so much from the relationships around me that I think it is helpful to share so these experiences, we all can come to the realization that our relationships are a reflection of us, of our self value. If you're experiencing a tough relationship, step back from it and make an assessment on if it's for your greatest good; If it's helping you to grow, to learn, to become more of your true self. At some point these people in our lives should be helping us to grow our self value, and we cannot let others attitudes, responses, opinions or personalities change who we are. We have to have the foundation underneath us and a backbone to look at these relationships in the perspective they deserve.
Adding onto last weeks podcast speaking on self-worth - I want you to go for it! We've spent years evolving, recognizing and working through so many aspects of ourselves that we are prepared for this moment in history. We have what it takes to go for our dreams, to not put off what we've been yearning to move towards. We are the next generation to rule this country, to change humanity and we need to realize and begin to obtain now what skills and knowledge we will need to be the best versions of ourselves when the time comes. What can we move towards changing, working with or enhancing in our surroundings? It all starts with us, and how we value ourselves and our lives, along with those around us. Once we start moving in the right direction, we will be guided into opportunities, conversations and ideas that will keep us on track. Trust yourselves and know you're worth it.
When I say believe in yourself, I mean listen to your inner self. Believe the images, dreams, visions, yearnings that you are being fed, that you feel so deep down within your being that they must be true. We all have a specific journey, a mission and purpose to explore and expand upon while here on Earth as the beings we've been birthed to be. Self-worth and value of self plays a huge roll in this and your ability to go after what you believe you deserve. In this podcast I talk about my lack of self-worth and the gaining of it I've experienced and where that has put me. When you value your life and yourself, you will move towards the things you know in your heart and soul that you deserve. When you let go of the thoughts and emotions put onto you by others, saying you are not good enough or are not worthy to experience your dream life, then you can really move full speed ahead to experience what you've truly come here to do...BE YOU.
In this podcast I expand on the consumerism, how systems currently work and give some tips on how to do your part and become more conscious of what we are doing to our home, Earth. We consume too much, from all aspects. We came to America and just started looking for ways to use up everything we have here and more. Using every drop of resources to make a buck, save a few at the expense of life here on Earth. There needs to be a shift in humanity, what do we value? And where should we be focusing our efforts and resources to better the lives of all living things? As the brains of this planet we have a duty to protect all living species, to allow them to have all they need to survive, to not disturb this balance that we all live in together. As we certainly have gone off the wrong end, we need to bring it back and begin again to rebuild our planet and restore life for all living species. We need to fix our mistakes, tune into our Mother Earth and see what it is we can do to bring back this harmonic flow. Highly suggest watching "Our Planet" on Netflix with David Attenborough.
No one prepares you for the emotional and spiritual journey we embark on once reaching adulthood. As we all perceive and relate to our worlds in different ways, can we ever really be prepared for what is predestined for our journeys? In this podcast I speak on what kinds of experiences we endure and how we can go about processing them from our childhood. We grasp onto these constructs and beliefs as children and then we are faced with an opportunity to relive them and decide in which way we'd like to move forward with them. They are now being revealed in more mature context and our emotional natures have developed. We are, in some cases, no longer dealing with a sibling, parent of family relative but a new significant other, a boss or coworker, a new friend...people we do not know as closely as we did our child relations and these new relations are exposing energies we need to face and bring to this death, rebirth and life cycle. These new relations are a new connection to these energetic patterns from childhood, allowing us to become a new. This, my friends, is emotional adulting.
What are you consuming? In this podcast I speak on the masculine figures in our society and the role they've been brought to portray throughout time. We, collectively, have put them in these roles of power, status, restriction and law. We've created the perspective we experience and witness on these masculine figures. We create movies, we write books and put out televisions shows demonstrating this power, strength and unjust ways of handling our worlds equality, unjust ways of creating power and receiving (or rather, taking with force) the things they want. We find entertaining the unfortunate events of people's lives; when we are at our most vulnerable and experiencing our most intense and dark situations of life. We consume and enjoy the "entertaining" aspect on the death of others. The mystery, the problem solving aspects but do not realize we are feeding the mind behind it. We are giving example to those most prone to these energies. We show them power and status, they shall find power and status in their own way. We show them justice, compassion and equality...who knows what this world could be. With love.
We've let the constructs of time take over our realities and have forgotten about our abilities to exist in pure space; to be in this moment. With a broader perspective and giving ourselves permission to exist in our space, exist in our energy we can begin to change the way we live, the way we perceive things. We could change the makeup of our world if we all started to shift into a new perspective or a new view on this construct of time that man has created. With these subjects arriving in my mind, I'm very intrigued and curious to see where we go. Thank you for listening.
In this podcast I address the changing of our education system and where we could possibly head with this area of life. We need to get creative! For our children! We need new ideas that will keep our youth engaged and also teach them how to be themselves, not mold them into who we want them to be based on past structures in education. I remember school quite vividly being repetition and based on one style of learning that best fit the teacher. Some classes I could not even pay attention because the way the teacher taught did not work for my brains processing of the information so I would need to self study on my own after class. Let's not put our children through this, lets think of new ways, new subjects and more helpful information, knowledge and wisdom to share with them.
Right now is the perfect time to go within and see who it is we'd like to be and what it is that we'd like to experience. Connecting back to the Earth and the Divine and finding our place at this time. When we focus on ourselves and set aside the energies of the collective consciousness then we can better express our truest nature, we can relax into our being. The old ways that things were being done, these old structures are decaying and as we tune in we can begin to realize the inspiration and ideas that we need to move forward with. From this place we can build courage and bravery to express ourselves fully. We have a huge opportunity and the energy is there to access when we decide to do so.
Astrology has become a big part of my world. It's help me to realize so many things about myself, my journey and others around me. My perspectives have shifted and I've come to a more accepting and relaxed state of mind when it comes to life and the experiences that we have. We are on a destined journey and when we can better flow with the energies we have making up our personality, relationships, experiences and dynamics then we can find peace within ourselves and have better focus on our purpose here as soul's having a physical experience. I also touch on a technique I've learned to better manage our thoughts and see them for what they truly are; just a tool we've developed to help us through life.
It is Harvest Season! A time where we reap the rewards of our efforts and constant fertilizing, weeding out and watering of our hopes, dreams and desires. Who is it you'd really love to be at this time? What is it you'd like to see come to full fruition on this Earth? For the betterment of us all...It's been a hard road, and things may continue to be tough and ugly and hard to look at but we have everything within ourselves to get through it. We can dig down deep, connect with the Earth and the Heavens and unite this energy in our hearts to be spilled out into the world in our unique way. I'm a spontaneous ball of energy and I'm learning to harness this energy and jump on what's presented to me so I can take full advantage of what I'm given. What kind of energy do you have on your side? And how can you better utilize these aspects of your personality and life? We are in a huge tipping of the scales, a large center of evolution for our planet and humanity as a whole. We are experiencing lots of death, lots of upheaval and reevaluations of the structures we have in place. We must find trust and faith in this process and find a knowing within ourselves that we were placed in this exact moment of time to be a part of this large shift in energy. We have ideas to bring, we have voices that need to be heard, we are the initiators, carriers and leaders of this new time and we must build the courage and bravery to uphold our essence and express ourselves to our fullest potential. We must embrace the divine diversity upon our planet and find compassion, care, love within ourselves and each other to support this rise of the matriarchy. I touch on some systems that are currently harmful to us and address the need to reevaluate and come up with new ideas that are for the benefit of all, including the poor and those in this "lower status" of Earth who are not looked at as valuable contributors to our planet; but, we all have our place and it is our birth right to be upon this planet and be the creators of our reality and have equal rights presented to us on this Earthly plane. Our need for communication and connection is prominent and finding this cohesive cooperation within our communities. The creativity is infinite and flowing within all of us. May you be inspired to enlighten us with your contribution, however big or small it may be.
