Nutrition Habits; 

  1. Don’t Starve Yourself To A Result (too big a deficit KILLS energy)
  2. Protein at every meal
  3. Slow Digesting Carbohydrates (wholegrains, fruit, veg etc)
  4. Avoid Massive Gaps Between Meals
  5. Pre/Post Workout Nutrition (especially after harder sessions)
  6. Increase Water Intake (2-3 litres daily)
  7. Stick To Mainly Healthy Nutritous Whole Foods


Lifestyle Habits; 

  1. 7-8 Hours Sleep Per Night (this is ESSENTIAL)
  2. Avoid Poor Sleep Habits (screentime late a night, eating 2-3 hours before bed, caffeine after 3pm)
  3. Avoid Too Much Screentime In General (too much scrolling kills energy)
  4. Get Moving (we create energy >> walk daily)
  5. Exercise 3+ Per Week
