Increase Water Intake (2-3 litres daily)
Stick To Mainly Healthy Nutritous Whole Foods
Lifestyle Habits;
7-8 Hours Sleep Per Night (this is ESSENTIAL)
Avoid Poor Sleep Habits (screentime late a night, eating 2-3 hours before bed, caffeine after 3pm)
Avoid Too Much Screentime In General (too much scrolling kills energy)
Get Moving (we create energy >> walk daily)
Exercise 3+ Per Week
