Getting re-focused to workout. Had to come up with new goals since all the gyms are closed. So going to see how lean and mean we can get. Going to push my cardio more than I ever did before.

I sometimes need a swift kick in the ass to regain momentum. The past two days I have been listening to the new Dan Crenshaw book "Fortitude" and I can’t stop listening . I will no longer entertain a Plan B.

I find myself very uneasy when I have to go out. I don't think i'm being paranoid ether. However with I do see people following the guidelines I feel better. I also learned today how to focus on the positive and less of the negative.

I asking everyone to stop thinking about themselves and please listen to our elected officials and healthcare workers and STAY HOME! The Doctors, Nurses, everyone working in healthcare right down to the janitor has no choice right now but to be in harms way. Let's listen some of that by staying home. 

COVID-19 has most of us with a stay at home order and has more than a few of us worried. So I decided to try something different and have my good friend Josh Somits to  call in and do a podcast with me.  The sound is a little off but I'll get better at it. Dennis and I are long time friends and he is one if the most knowledgeable guy I know when it come to hunting. He owns and host the show Wild Bout Huntin on YouTube. "Wild Bout Huntin was created in 2006 as an idea to showcase the love of the outdoors between friends and family.  It began as a hobby that stemmed from a passion to hunt and chase wild game.  To learn about their habitat, how they think, what they eat, the different seasons and the animal’s behaviors.  Filming was part of that adventure and added an additional challenge to the formula.
