Their innovative cookbook features meals designed to help consumers make the most of their ingredients, transforming food scraps that are often discarded into delicious dishes. What began in 2012 as a tutor’s idea for a microfinance club has grown into Monash University’s largest social impact organization, dedicated to fostering meaningful change.
