I went to Hannah Mermaid & Aradia Sunseri's 'Remember Atlantis' retreat which changed my life and since then, the past few months I have been much more able to dive deeper in to finding answers and feeling safe enough to swim around in my inner shipwreck to look at my shadow engulfed ship.

She’s back! After a few months of deep diving in to enquiry of the self and what the shell is going on with me, I’ve finally been diagnosed with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which is explaining EVERYTHING. Especially drawing huge attention to the breath and my brain function!
Air/oxygen, is crucial for fuelling and encouraging our internal organs and nervous system to flow and operate with ease within us.

What a beautiful and spontaneous shoot this was! I've been wanting to create more photos and video shorts for a while, and this week was the perfect chance to do so. So with my best friend, we packed up our camping gear and headed ot the coast. Even more exciting, the shoot was in a shipwreck, that was so easy to play around in at low tide!

Well, what an hour of bliss I had to myself! AND ON SUMMER SOLSTICE! Which I completely forgot. Either way! It's rare you can find a pool you can swim in and record yourself in. The only downfall is you HAVE to hire the entire lane and that's NOT cheap. I decided to treat myself with the last little bit of money I had this month and get myself in the pool, just me myself and I. I tuned into my breathing, stretched and got in prepped ands relaxed. I was interestingly anxious before in the changing rooms, and I'm wondering if perhaps for no reason, I had performance anxiety! Do you ever get this? But tapping in, it all worked out beautifully and I felt refreshed as you can be in an enormous chlorinated pool!
