Refresh & recharge with an energy balancing meditation designed to help you achieve inner peace and calm as well as activate your own innate internal healing.
This meditation is ideally listened to while you’re outside within nature, but also works just as well indoors. Energy flows where intention goes..
The endocrine system is made up of glands that make hormones. Hormones are chemical messengers that travel through the blood to organs and tissues, telling them what to do. They help control important functions like growth, energy use (metabolism), mood, sleep, and reproduction. An imbalance can have repercussions in many body systems.
In this meditation, we balance and heal all of our glands physically, emotionally and mentally.
I suggest doing this meditation at least seven times for the deepest healing and recovery.

A great many wounds we carry can be traced back to various periods of our childhood. This meditation series and angels involved, help us heal, release and move forward with increased freedom and peace in this lifetime. In this episode, we’re going back in the timeline to the period between 3 and 7 years old. A moment in time when our sacral chakra becomes more developed as well as our solar plexus chakra, where we start to learn our own autonomy.
You may need to listen more than once to clear it all away. You’re not escaping any soul agreements by doing this, those will still happen and be reviewed when you are once again in soul form. This work is to lighten us, free us, and move forward with our purpose in life and not be bogged down with experiences from the past that could be hindering us or causing us to attract unhealthy patterns and experiences.
This series will continue for various episodes until the age of 18.
This short meditation is a morning practice, a great way to start your day by connecting with your higher self, your most highest wisdom and intuitive self to guide you through your routines and tasks for the day ahead. Becoming self aware and calm and peaceful at the start of your day.
(You can also listen to this at any point in your day when you want to reconnect)
This is a short meditation to help you unwind, relax, and prepare for a restful sleep with the help of the Angels. They first clear off energies not your own and then soothe your own energy for peace and calm.
This short meditation is dedicated to the physical body. Starting the day off with the intention of appreciating your physical body, sending a love frequency to any pain or discomfort you feel, and bringing in Divine high vibrational energy to bathe your body in its light and qualities for the day ahead.
How does your nervous system work? Your brain is basically the control center for everything you think, feel, and do. It handles things you’re aware of, like moving your fingers, walking, learning something new, or having a conversation. It also takes care of the things you don’t even notice, like breathing and digesting food. In a nutshell; your brain creates a message and sends it down your spinal cord. From there, the message travels through your nerves (part of your peripheral nervous system) to wherever it needs to go. These messages are constantly moving back and forth between your brain, spinal cord, and body to keep everything working the way it should. The central nervous system has three big responsibilities:
* Picks up information from your senses of what’s going on in the world around you
* Figures out what that information means and makes sense of it
* Sends out instructions so your body knows how to react.
This meditation helps heal and regulate your nervous system, from past impacts and the present state of being.
I suggest doing this meditation at least seven times for the deepest healing and recovery.

A great many wounds we carry can be traced back to various periods of our childhood. This meditation series and angels involved, help us heal, release and move forward with increased freedom and peace in this lifetime. In this episode, we’re going back in the timeline to the birthing experience and up until two years old. A moment in time when our root chakra becomes more developed and our feelings, and need, of safety and security are prominent and when that is shaken, could have left a trauma imprint.
Your lungs, part of the body’s incredible respiratory system, keep you alive without any conscious effort. Your autonomic nervous system controls the workings of the oxygen you bring in, and the waste expelled from your body as carbon dioxide. Naturally, you don’t even have to think about it. When we do think and focus on our breath, we can also calm our parasympathetic nervous system, providing great opportunity for inner peace and relaxation.
In this meditation, we heal the lungs and everything they’re made up of, with the aid of the Divine Beings here to help us.
I suggest doing this meditation at least seven times for the deepest healing and recovery.

Soul Contracts. We make them when our souls are in spirit form with other souls who will become our family, friends, lovers, enemies, organizations, colleagues, and even more, who show up in our lifetime for a reason. Some souls come to heal, observe, experience, and assist others. Most souls come to clear the energy and grow, and wake up to their true essence and love themselves unconditionally despite the challenges. Sometimes life circumstances and choices mean we can’t fulfill the complete contract, thereby we want to clear it out for this lifetime so as not to hinder ourselves further.
The procedure within this meditation can be done as many times as you want until you no longer feel triggered by the person, or the relationship lightens and improves between you. It may never improve as you want it to, but the important thing to gauge is your feelings and reactions to the person. That is the improvement we strive for.
A great many wounds we carry can be traced back to various periods of our childhood. This meditation series and angels involved, help us heal, release and move forward with increased freedom and peace in this lifetime. In this episode, we’re going back in the timeline to when you existed in Utero, growing and developing in your mother’s womb, and absorbing those energies, feelings and circumstances. You may need to listen more than once to clear it all away. You’re not escaping any soul agreements by doing this, those will still happen and be reviewed when you are once again in soul form. This work is to lighten us, free us, and move forward with our purpose in life and not be bogged down with trauma from the past that could be hindering us or causing us to attract unhealthy patterns and experiences.

Your liver, one of the largest solid organs in your body is just as important as your heart. It’s located on the right side of your torso, protected by the ribs, beneath the diaphragm, and on top of the stomach, right kidney, and intestines. It’s a very important part of your digestive system and has an instrumental role in helping your body’s ability to eliminate toxins and fight infections. It holds approximately 13% of your total blood supply at any given time and has over 500 vital functions. It's also the only internal organ that can grow back to its original size if part of it is removed or damaged.
It’s a vital and important cog in the physical human machine that we are! In this meditation we are healing the physical but also clearing the mental and emotional toil that sits in this organ. I suggest doing this meditation at least seven times for the deepest healing and recovery.

I got the idea for this meditation when I woke up one morning with the song ‘The first cut is the deepest” in my head. It inspired me to work on something to heal those first wounds that we receive in our life experiences. By forgiving, and thereby healing the wounds, this changes our reactions, and minimizes, and eventually eliminates, our triggers. Because what are triggers but an extreme response to something that pings you in your subconscious, something you experienced before and never resolved or healed from. All of it stays in your psyche. And un-forgiveness blocks our capacity to give and receive love with self and others.
Do this meditation one person at a time that you’d like to forgive, you may need to repeat it for a week or more for some people in your life, or even for yourself. And feel free to pause the recording at times to journal, or reflect on what’s coming up. Insights may come when you least expect it.
May you go forward and heal and prosper.
The Crown Chakra is our spiritual well-being. It offers a connection to our higher self and the spiritual dimensions. It constantly channels life energy into our system, and aligns and balances all other chakras. It is Divine awareness and understanding of our path and purpose with utmost clarity and enlightened wisdom. The most powerful way to heal the crown chakra is through meditation. Regular meditation practice of all types are beneficial. And you may listen to this one more than once to delve deeper and clear more.
The Third Eye Chakra is about our vision, psychic abilities, concentration, self knowledge and insight. It is an instrument to perceive the more subtle qualities of reality as it goes beyond the more physical senses into the realm of subtle energies. Opening your third eye allows you to open up to an intuitive sensibility and inner perception. A balanced third eye chakra helps you tap into your intuition, meaning it allows you to trust in your own instinct and inner voice. It helps you view the physical world around you with inner wisdom and an awareness of who we really are: spiritual beings having a human experience. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.
The Throat Chakra is an important instrument of communication and expression. It is about expression of yourself; your truth, your purpose in life, your creativity. When we don’t speak up for ourselves, or swallow words that should be expressed, this chakra can easily get blocked. Once blocked, it can quickly affect the flow to the heart chakra below. This guided meditation is designed to gently unblock your Throat Chakra, enhancing self-expression and ensuring a free flow of energy to the heart. Reclaim your ability to communicate openly and authentically, aligning your words with your deepest truths and opening pathways to a fuller heart-centered life. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.
The Heart Chakra is our emotion centre that ideally promotes love, compassion, understanding, sharing, and forgiveness. It is our capacity to love and experience deep and meaningful relationships with ourselves and others. Unfortunately, this potential love-filled place can also get clogged, wounded, and heavy with betrayal. This guided meditation is designed to clear these blockages, allowing you to embrace a life of emotional freedom and enriched relationships. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.
The Solar Plexus Chakra, commonly known as the power center, is pivotal for personal empowerment and self-definition. As the third chakra to develop in childhood, it marks the transition from instinctual to conscious control, heralding the emergence of the ego and personal identity. Imbalances in this vital energy center can manifest as excessive control, authority, and manipulation over your environment and people. Deficient or blocked solar plexus chakras may lead to feelings of helplessness, low self-esteem, and a lack of clear direction, purpose, or ambition. The main function of this energy center is to provide the actual momentum needed to move forward and realize your full potential. This guided meditation is helpful in balancing this chakra to enhance your self-confidence and assertiveness, and align your personal and professional aspirations. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.
The Sacral Chakra is our centre of feelings and creativity. This is the second chakra to develop as a child when we start to understand our relation to our inner and outer world and decide how we’re going to express those reactions. This chakra is where our appetite for life, our creativity for ideas and projects are birthed. The sacral chakra is associated with the realm of emotions. It’s the centre of our feelings and sensations and is particularly active in our expression of our sensual desires. Motivated by pleasure, it’s the driving force for the enjoyment of life through the senses, whether it’s auditory, through taste, touch, or sight. Opening your sacral chakra allows you to “feel” the world around and in us. As such, it’s an important chakra for the foundation of our feeling of well-being. This chakra is instrumental in developing flexibility in our life. When the sacral chakra is balanced, your relationship with the world and yourself is more nurturing and harmonious. In this meditation, we call in Divine assistance to clear and balance your sacral chakra. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.
The Root Chakra is our foundation chakra, our roots and heritage. This is the first chakra to develop after birth and provides us with the original feelings of ourselves, our right to exist, our basic needs. The root chakra regulates our needs such as sexuality, passion, money, housing, food, clothing and loving relationships, as well as energy for achieving our life purpose. A healthy root chakra is when you feel safe, secure and grounded with absolute faith that you are supported. This meditation will call in Divine assistance to help you clear and balance your root chakra. You may listen to it more than once to delve deeper into each layer.
