123: Softness & Shadows

In this episode, we explore the quiet underrated and often misunderstood power of softness... not as weakness but as one of the greatest strengths we can embody. Drawing on themes that emerged during my Bali Radiance Retreat, we dive into what it really means to soften in a world that often asks us to harden, to armour up, to stay closed and unshakable.

Softness is a strength
Hello my love, welcome back to the Grow Through It Podcast with me Phi.

I’m back from Bali where I recently ran my Radiance Retreat hence why softness actually has been on my mind a lot lately. It was a huge theme that surfaced during the recent retreat how gentleness, presence, and the ability to soften are not weaknesses, but deep forms of strength. As we explored this on retreat I shared with the beautiful women the realisation that softness doesn’t exist without shadow: the parts of ourselves we hide, suppress like our fears and parts of us, our feelings that we deem as too much or perhaps negative.
The world teaches us to harden and armour up
Today, I want to talk about both: how softness and shadow live and dance together, and how embracing both can lead to real growth, presence, and connection. We’ll dive into what it means to soften in the face of life’s challenges, to meet our shadows with curiosity and care and to embody strength that is tender yet deeply powerful. For anyone listening, I’ll be diving even deeper into softness and shadow in Flow (luxury feminine self care) Vietnam Retreat next year at the end of May 2026launching very soon, so DM me for more info. Let’s get into it.

We all harden at some point in our lives, maybe you are still hard and it’s because you learnt to be this way. The world teaches us to harden. To brace. To armour up.

We tighten our shoulders against bad news. We build walls around our hearts after heartbreak.
We try to be unshakable in a time that keeps shaking us. While that armor can protect us, it also traps us. We stop feeling the sun on our skin. We stop noticing the rhythm and depth of our own breath. We hesitate to be vulnerable with others, afraid they might hurt us or break our hearts and ironically, it is that very fear that can keep love from flowing in at all.
Softness is like water
Softening is not about losing strength. It’s about remembering that gentleness is a kind of strength. It means letting the body breathe again. It means letting your jaw unclench, your shoulders drop, your grip relax. Think of it like flow and water. Water flows around obstacles but it shapes mountains. Softening isn’t becoming less.

You become vast: spacious enough to hold both strength and surrender, both clarity and compassion. Softening is power and it’s something I return to time and time again working with clients: strength isn’t hardening after you perceive the world or someone or something wrongs you or hurts you… strength is in healing yet remaining true to your nature and if you’re listening to this I have a feeling your nature is loving, kind and respectful. It’s the part of you that keeps choosing softness, even after life gives you every reason to close.

Eclipse Season September 2025
Hi my love, welcome back to the Grow Through It Podcast with me Phi. It’s been a busy September and one to remember.

Today, I’m going to guide and help you unpack another astrological energetic event that carries a lot of weight the Solar Eclipse at 29 degrees of Virgo happening at the end of this week on September 21st, 2025.

Before we dive into the Virgo Solar Eclipse, let’s pause and acknowledge the energy we’ve just moved through. The recent Pisces lunar eclipse stirred up a lot not just personally, but collectively. Pisces energy can feel like standing in deep water: emotions rise, boundaries blur, and suddenly the line between intuition and illusion isn’t so clear.

If you’ve felt overwhelmed by the news cycle, by floods of information, or even by your own emotions = you’re not alone. Collectively, we’ve been wading through a lot.

Here’s the message that’s been coming through spirit: discernment is everything. Not every story we read, not every post we scroll, not every emotional reaction we have is the ultimate truth. Pisces can wash us in empathy, but it can also cloud our vision. This eclipse season is a reminder to breathe, ground, and ask: What feels real for me? What aligns with my inner knowing?

Think of it this way... you don’t need to believe everything that passes across your screen, or every passing thought in your mind. Discernment is your anchor in the storm.

120: Live Lessons from my Pilgrimage to Lourdes, Sanctuary of Mother Mary

In this episode, I take you with me on my live pilgrimage to Lourdes, the sanctuary of Mother Mary in France. Lourdes is a place where millions travel for healing, hope, and miracles but what I discovered here went far beyond holy water and candlelight.
I share what it felt like to walk into the energy of the grotto, the lessons I learned waiting for hours in line (yes, including a bathroom incident that turned into a teaching on forgiveness), and the raw emotions that surfaced after bathing in the sacred waters.

Pilgrimage to Lourdes & the Divine Mother
Hello my love. I’m coming to you live, raw, still in the thick of my spiritual pilgrimage to Lourdes, the sanctuary of Mother Mary in France. It’s a very personal journey for me that’s still unfolding in the present day as I’m recording live here in France. I wanted to bring you along and have a sacred heart to heart. Honestly sounds like a personal diary rather than poddy ep!

If you haven’t heard of Lourdes in 1858, a young peasant girl named Bernadette had a series of visions of the Virgin Mary. Since then, millions of pilgrims have come each year, seeking healing, peace and connection with the divine. You see people from every corner of the world — some arriving in wheelchairs, some carrying heavy burdens and some simply searching for a quiet moment of faith.

What struck me most about Lourdes is that it’s not just about Catholicism. Yes, it is deeply Catholic in its roots and traditions, and very much like an adult Catholic Disneyland where old ladies go crazy for (a story about that later on). But when you are there, what you feel goes beyond religion. It feels like a universal mother energy. It feels like the presence of unconditional love itself, waiting to embrace you.
The Energy of Sacred Places
I’ve always believed there are certain places on Earth that simply hold energy. You step into them, and you know something is different. Sometimes it’s in nature, like a mountain or a forest, and sometimes it’s in sanctuaries like Lourdes.

When I arrived, I could feel it immediately. The air was thick with prayer and it happens the year I’ve gone in 2025 is the Jubilee year marking the universal theme of hope. There were candles flickering everywhere. It was extremely busy, and what’s so powerful is that this energy isn’t just historical — it’s alive. You can feel the devotion of millions of people here.

For me, being there wasn’t about worshiping a figure from my childhood faith. It was about standing in a place where the Divine Mother energy is so tangible, so present.
Returning to My Roots
I should share a little background. I grew up Roman Catholic. Mary was always present in my childhood — her statues in churches, rosaries in the hands of family members, prayers before bed.

In fact, I had a memory flashback to being in kindergarten or year one. My first school play, I randomly got chosen to play Mother Mary in a Christmas play.

Lions Gate x Aquarius Full Moon August 2025
Hi my love,

I’m recording live from my retreat Recharge & Renew with 6 incredible women here in Ubud Bali.

This retreat was timed with divine precision, aligning with the Lions Gate, when the Sun in Leo and the star Sirius flood the Earth with light, clarity, and cosmic remembrance. This isn’t just a moment — it’s a soul reset.

The Lions Gate opens the channel for deep energetic upgrades, and here, in this intentional space, you’re invited to release the weight of the past, realign with your heart’s deepest truth, and recharge from the inside out. This is more than rest, this is recalibration. A return to the you who was never lost just waiting for the right light to rise.

This lion’s gate is unique for the Lions Gate Portal peaking right alongside the Aquarius Full Moon.

This combo? Big. Bold. Charged up. Absolutely not subtle.

Let’s break it down.
What is the Lion's Gate Portal?
So every year around August 8th, we experience what’s called the Lions Gate Portal — a potent energetic alignment where the Sun in Leo, the star Sirius, and the Earth all align. Sirius is this super high-frequency star — the "Spiritual Sun" — and it’s rising in the sky just before dawn this time of year, which ancient Egyptians actually used to mark the start of their New Year.

Think of it like a cosmic WiFi upgrade: The Lions Gate opens a channel for higher consciousness, intuition boosts, and manifestation energy. Like, third-eye wide open kinda stuff.

And since the Sun is in Leo (the sign of courage, heart, and personal expression) it’s asking you:

“What are you really here to do? And are you finally ready to step up and live it out loud?”
Aquarius Full Moon Energy
Now add this: a Full Moon in Aquarius landing on or just around this same time?
That’s like lighting a match in a wind tunnel.

Aquarius is ruled by Uranus — the planet of shakeups, innovation, liberation, and cosmic downloads. It’s the rebel, the visionary, the outsider who sees the system and says, “Nope. We can do better.”

So this Moon isn’t just about lighting candles and charging crystals.
It’s about seeing the matrix and choosing to break it.

It’s likely going to bring a few plot twists. Expect surprising insights, truth bombs, or sudden emotional shifts — especially around friendships, community, and your role in the collective.

118: Soul Contracts – Karmic Ties and Invisible Agreements

In this special episode recorded from the heart of Bali just before the second round of my sold out Recharge and Renew retreat: I’m sharing reflections inspired by the powerful 1:1 coaching calls I’ve had with so many beautiful souls this past week.
At the centre of it all? Soul contracts.
We’ll explore the idea that certain relationships, challenges, and life patterns may not be coincidences but sacred agreements made by your soul before you arrived in this lifetime.

Together consider this your introduction to soul contracts: foundations and basics. We’ll dive into what soul contracts are, how to recognise them, and what they might be here to teach you especially in the moments that stretch or break you open.
This episode is for anyone asking:“Why do I keep attracting this?”“Why won’t this person leave my life or people like them?”“Is there a deeper reason for my pain or my connection?”
Tune in for a grounded yet mystical exploration of purpose, karmic ties, spiritual growth and the beautiful sometimes messy journey of being human.

Introduction to Soul Contracts from Bali
Hello beautiful soul, and welcome back to the podcast.

I’m coming to you today from the lush, humming heart of Bali—a place that is definitely one of my soul homes and just being here is like breathing with such spirit. I’m chilling by the pool, grounded, surrounded by lush green, and getting ready to begin the second round of my sold-out Recharge and Renew retreat.

It’s been a powerful, humbling, and deeply moving lead up to the retreat already. If you’ve ever been to Bali, you’ll know… there’s something different in the air here. Something sacred.

I’ve had so many 1:1 coaching calls and something kept coming up… Soul contracts.

Why certain people cross our paths. Why we feel instantly connected to some, and so deeply challenged by others. Why the same lessons seem to knock again and again, until we finally open the door.

So in today’s episode, we’re going to gently explore that. From right here in Bali, I invite you to come with me into a deeper understanding of the soul-level agreements that might be shaping your path more than you realise.

What if the people in your life, the lessons you keep learning, the patterns that seem to follow you—they’re not random? What if you chose them? Or, more accurately, what if your soul did?

This episode isn’t about blind belief. It’s about listening to your deeper knowing. It’s about holding a new lens up to your life and asking, “What if there’s more going on beneath the surface?
What is a soul contract?
A soul contract is believed to be an agreement made by your soul before you were born about the people you’ll meet, the challenges you’ll face, and the themes your life will revolve around.

It’s not about punishment or reward. It’s about evolution.

These contracts are said to be written in the energetic realms,

Introduction to Leo New Moon August 2025
Hi my loveI’m so honoured you’re here with me today because this isn’t just any episode… this is a little sneak peek into something I’ve been pouring my heart into: the pre‑work I created for my Recharge and Renew Retreat happening around the Lions Gate Portal. Shout to the beautiful women I cannot wait to be with you in Bali at the end of next week! Now, if you’ve been with me for a while or maybe you’re new here (hi!), you know the Leo New Moon carries this luminous energy ... it’s playful, magnetic, and fiercely self‑loving. Oh by the way can you tell I am a leo rising!? As we stand here mid year, it’s the perfect moment to check in with yourself, to plant fresh intentions, and to remember that you are allowed to take up space, shine brightly, and build the life that feels like yours.Just before we dive in, I have to say: Recharge and Renew Retreat officially sold out a little while back and oh my goodness, my heart is so full! But don’t worry, I do have a few limited spaces left for Radiance, which takes place end of September 29th to October 4th retreat. So if you’ve been feeling the nudge to join me in person and step fully into your brilliance, now is the time to reach out. I would love to see you there.
Leo New Moon August 2025 Energy + Lion's Gate 2025
The New Moon in Leo is coming up on Thursday July 24th for some and here in Sydney Australia Friday July 25th in the early hours of the morning. It’s a great moment to check in with yourself and get real about where you’re headed as we tick over to the second half of the year. Not only that it’s the official opening of the Lion’s Gate Portal which peaks on of course 8th of the 8th month.Leo energy is often described as big and bold (heck yes which it is) but at its core, it’s about being true to yourself and showing up with heart. This isn’t about pretending to be confident or putting on some huge performance. It’s about figuring out what actually matters to you and having the guts to lean into that, even if it feels uncomfortable. When you think about lions, they don’t walk around trying to prove they’re powerful—they just are. That’s the kind of energy this time of year can inspire. Instead of chasing validation or getting caught up in noise and drama, ask yourself: what would it look like to simplify things? To strip away the stuff that doesn’t feel real anymore?
Pluto Tension in August 2025
Now, it’s not all smooth sailing. Pluto’s position means a lot of us are feeling a bit of tension or pressure. Maybe it’s a conflict with someone, or maybe it’s an internal tug‑of‑war you’ve been ignoring. That heavy feeling that something needs to change? That’s not random. It’s a nudge to take a hard look at your boundaries, your choices,

Introduction to July 2025 Energy = Massive
Hi my love,Welcome back to the Grow Through it Podcast with me (Phi Dang). Take a breath with me, wherever you are… inhale deeply… and exhale it all out.Today’s episode is a bit different—less forecasting, more feeling. We’re in a very spiritually significant portal right now, one that merges the ancient wisdom of Guru Purnima with the deep, earthy release of a Capricorn full moon. And this energy? It’s speaking volumes. So consider this your energetic update from the cosmos and Spirit alike.
What Is Guru Purnima?
Let’s start with Guru Purnima or Guru Poornima. This is a sacred significant day in many Eastern traditions especially in Hinduism and Buddhism, set aside to honour the teacher, the guru. The word “guru” itself means “dispeller of darkness.” So Guru Purnima isn’t just about celebrating external teachers... it’s also about reconnecting with your inner wisdom and higher guidance. It’s a time to bow to the light that guides us home to ourselves. In spiritual terms, this is a high-vibrational day that supports deep insight, gratitude, humility, and alignment with truth. When Guru Purnima coincides with a powerful full moon like this one in Capricorn, it becomes a double invitation to release what’s heavy and return to what’s real. The teacher may show up as a mentor, a book, a painful experience, or your own soul whispering beneath the noise.
What I'm intuitively feeling... the sacred weight
This energy feels… dense. But not in a negative way. It's like a pressure valve that's building because there’s a release point approaching. You know when a kettle starts to whistle because the heat builds so much that steam has to escape? That’s where many of us are emotionally, spiritually, and collectively. The heat is on. The pressure is rising. And the whistle is coming. But it’s not a warning... it’s a signal. Something's about to break open.I keep feeling the words: heavy but sacred. This isn't heaviness from stagnation. This is the sacred weight of becoming It’s like the tide just before it turns, pulled back to the deepest point, gathering force for the next wave.”Many of you might be feeling tired, confused, emotional, or unusually sensitive. That’s your body processing not just your own energy, but the collective fields shifting too.The full moon in Capricorn adds this deep earth-based gravity. Capricorn rules structures, discipline, timelines.

114: Spirits and Spirit: Alcohol, Drinking and Spirituality

In this episode, we explore the nuanced and often tender relationship between alcohol and spirituality.
Is alcohol sacred or does it disconnect us from our truest selves?

We’ll look at how alcohol has been used in spiritual traditions throughout history from the wine of Christian communion to the abstinence teachings of Islam and how our own rising consciousness can shift our desire to drink.

This conversation isn't about fear, shame or extremes but about awareness, intention and honouring your own unique path. Whether you're sober curious, re-evaluating your habits or simply seeking a better understanding, this episode invites you into a more conscious relationship with yourself, your energy, and the choices you make.

Spirits & Spirit: Alcohol & Spirituality
Hi my love, thank you so much for tuning into this week’s episode. Today’s conversation comes straight from your requests and I’m going to dive deep into something many of us have wondered about: the relationship between alcohol and spirituality.

Is alcohol sacred or is it a barrier to the sacred? Let’s explore this together with honesty, curiosity and compassion.

Alcohol has played a complex role in spiritual traditions throughout history. In Christianity, for example, wine holds powerful symbolism—it represents the blood of Jesus Christ and is a key part of the sacred ritual of communion, inviting believers into a shared experience of grace and transformation. Yet, across many other faiths, alcohol is viewed very differently. Islam, for instance, forbids drinking altogether, reflecting concerns about its potential to cloud the mind and spirit.

This creates a fascinating tension: on one hand, alcohol can bring people together, marking celebrations, rites of passage, and moments of community. It can be part of joyful ceremonies and sacred gatherings. On the other hand, alcohol also carries the risk of disconnection, addiction, and harm. So, when we look at alcohol through the lens of spirituality, the question becomes = does it serve as a bridge to the sacred or does it sometimes stand in the way?

In today’s episode, we’ll explore both sides of this paradox and uncover what it means to approach alcohol with mindfulness and self-awareness on your spiritual path.
The energy of alcohol and drinking
Let’s talk energetics for a moment.

Alcohol lowers inhibition, yes. It opens us up. It also numbs the nervous system, distorts perception and can disconnect us from our inner compass if we’re not careful. It’s not just about what we feel physically, but also what’s going on beneath the surface in our subtle bodies.

If you're someone sensitive to energy—you’ve probably noticed this. A drink might feel light and joyful at first, but too much... and suddenly your intuition goes blurry. Your dreams are off. Your morning meditation feels a little more dull. That doesn’t mean alcohol is “bad.” It means you’re tuning in. When we tune in, we get to choose more consciously. Not from fear,

113: Two Years of Unlearning: Revisiting My Own Teachings

Two years ago, I put my most personal lessons into a book — a snapshot of my unlearning up until that point... but growth never stops, and the words I wrote then have continued to evolve as I do. In this anniversary episode, I’m sharing what it’s like to look back at my own teachings and add on with lived experience: the ways my understanding of love, family, success, self, and spirituality has deepened.
I reflect on everything from embracing seasons of effort and ease, to realising that true love blooms alongside deeper self acceptance, to unlearning inherited patterns that no longer fit.
Most of all, I explore what it means to keep becoming — to live my own story as an evolving process rather than a tidy, completed chapter.
If you’ve ever wondered what happens after you say, “I’ve learned this,” this episode is for you. Let’s honour the journey together and embrace the beautiful unfolding that happens after we put pen to paper.

Two Years of The Great Unlearning
Hi there, we’re so back. Had a little mini unexpected but expected break. Things have been really busy in my world and a month ago I ran the Flow Retreat in Vietnam and this evening I’ll be running the kick off call for the Recharge and Renew Bali Retreat in August which is sold out. The final retreat I will be running in 2025 is also in Bali at the end of September if you’re interested, send me a message as it hasn’t been publicly officially launched yet.

Today happens to be the 2nd anniversary of my book The Great Unlearning: Awakening to Living an Aligned and Authentic Life. Happy birthday to my baby and in honour of this birthday and celebration I thought I would talk about my journey Two Years of Unlearning My Own Teachings. Growth is expansion.

You know, it’s funny how a book can feel like a time capsule — a snapshot of who you were and what you believed in a particular moment. Two years ago, I poured my heart onto those pages. Every word was true to me then. I guess what I didn’t fully realise at the time is that those words would also become seeds… seeds that would continue to grow in me as much as they might grow in you.

So as I reflect on these two years — celebrating this book's anniversary — I’m less interested in rewriting what I wrote and more interested in adding on. Adding those subtle new threads that life, practice, and my own unlearning have revealed.
Unlearning Success
Expanding on success and abundance feels like opening a wider door — beyond just seasons or mindset, into the energetic dance that happens between us and the flow of life.

Since writing the book, I’ve become more aware of how deeply our relationship to success is intertwined with our inner alignment — not just what we do, but who we are in each moment. Success isn’t just the visible achievements or milestones; it’s also the invisible states of being: the patience in waiting, the trust in timing, the surrender when things don’t move as planned. These inner states carry an energy that either opens the channel for abundance or blocks it.

I notice when I’m pushing against my own values and boundaries — when I’m forcing myself to hu...

112: Rebirth by Moonlight – Astrology & Human Design of the Scorpio Full Moon

Descend into the depths of the Scorpio Full Moon —an astrological and human design moment that asks us to release what we can no longer control, to surrender what no longer serves and to trust in the darkness: death and rebirth. We explore the energy at play, including that of the “Finger of God” pointing toward the Moon, inviting profound emotional reckoning and soul level redirection. I’ll share what this lunation means through the lens of Human Design’s Energy Assimilation and offer reflections, mindset shifts and journal prompts to help you honour your own inner rebirth. This isn’t about fixing yourself— it’s about letting go so the real you can rise.

The full moon this month in May 2025 is happening in Scorpio
Hello my love,

How are you feeling in the thick of this full moon, arguably one of the most intense for 2025 if we didn’t already get served that with the ending of the eclipse season. The full moon is on the 12th of May 2025 and 13th of May 2025 here in Australia.

This is not a moon for surface-level insights. It’s a time of depth, transformation and truth telling. Scorpio doesn’t whisper; it pierces. In this episode I’m explore the energies at play, including powerful energetic formations and and the voice of assimilation in Human Design, a voice that reminds us that real clarity arises from the silence after we’ve surrendered control. This is your permission slip to stop trying to fix, rush, or control anything and instead, let the mystery reveal itself to you.
What planets rule Scorpio? Mars and Pluto
It’s the Scorpio full moon. Scorpio is ruled by two planets: Mars and Pluto. Mars is considered the traditional ruler, and Pluto is the modern ruler. Both of these planets explain different layers of Scorpio’s intense and mysterious personality.

Mars, in astrology, is the planet of action, drive, and passion. It’s all about how you go after what you want. Before Pluto was discovered, Mars was the only ruler of Scorpio. While Mars also rules Aries (which is bold and fast), in Scorpio, Mars shows up in a more controlled, focused way. Instead of charging forward like Aries, Scorpio's Mars is more strategic, emotionally driven, and intense. Think of it like a slow-burning fire — it might look calm on the outside, but it’s powerful underneath.

Then there's Pluto, which was discovered in the 1930s. Even though it's a tiny planet (and no longer considered a planet by astronomers), astrologers gave it to Scorpio because its energy matched so well. Pluto is about transformation, power, secrets, and the cycle of death and rebirth — emotionally, spiritually, or even literally. This gives Scorpio its reputation for being deep, mysterious, and a little bit obsessed with what’s under the surface. Pluto’s influence makes Scorpio want to understand the truth behind things, even if it’s dark or uncomfortable.
Death is the beginning for Scorpio transformation
Together, Mars and Pluto explain why Scorpio energy can feel so intense because it's driven (Mars),

Celebrating 111
Hello my love! Welcome to episode 111 of the grow through it podcast. That angel number alone feels like a portal, so it’s only fitting we talk about something equally powerful and often misunderstood: alignment.

It’s become a bit of a buzzword, hasn’t it? “Just align with it.” “That’s not aligned.” But what does it really mean to live in alignment? Not in an Instagram caption kind of way, but in a real, embodied, sometimes messy, deeply honest kind of way?

In this episode, I’m breaking down 11 practical shifts: truths, perspectives and tiny mindset recalibrations — that can help you actually feel what alignment is, not just talk about it.

Let’s demystify the word, anchor it into reality, and maybe, by the end, alignment will feel a little less elusive… and more actionable, achievable, possible.

It’s beautiful timing as I am getting in the creative flow zone channelling for the upcoming Flow Retreat Im running in Vietnam at the end of this month with 7 incredible and beautiful women!

Let’s dive in.

11 Things You Need to Know About Alignment (That No One Talks About)
1. Alignment isn’t a buzzword—it’s a felt experience.
It’s not about having the perfect morning routine, or ticking spiritual practices off a list, collective gold stars from the universe.

Feeling blegh in your mid 30's...?
There’s been a sudden wave of clients coming to me over the past two weeks — all with the same quiet question under their stories: “What is going on with my life right now?” And when I look under the surface, the answer is often the same — they’re in the thick of their nodal return.

It’s a cosmic checkpoint, one that doesn’t come gently — and it’s not supposed to. Because your nodal return isn’t about comfort. It’s about course correction. It’s about remembering what your soul actually signed up for before it came back to Earth. In this episode, we’re diving into what a nodal return really is, why it can feel so disorienting, and how to navigate it with grace, truth and a whole lot of courage.
What is a nodal return (human design, astrology)?
We have to start with what are the nodes in astrology, energy, spirituality and human design. They're not planets themselves, but rather energetic points where the moon’s path intersects with the sun’s path. These points are closely tied to eclipses and are considered deeply connected to your soul's journey. As I’m recording this, we’re in a fresh nodal cycle with the North Node now in Pisces and the South Node in Virgo (2025-2027). For the past two years,

Taurus New Supermoon to end April 2025
2025 has felt like a big year — for the world, and maybe for you too. There’s been a sense of things shifting, old ways breaking down and new beginnings that don’t quite have shape yet. You’re not imagining it. There’s something in the air —an underlying push of change and to grow. At the end of this week we have the supermoon in the sign of Taurus, rising on the 27th and 28th.

Today, we’re diving into the spiritual meaning of Easter—beyond the chocolate eggs, bunnies and pastel colours and into the deep waters of rebirth and resurrection.
What is a Supermoon?
It’s a supermoon because it’s closer to Earth, bigger and brighter in the sky, and energetically it offers a pause — a moment to return to what’s simple, steady, and real. Think: grounding, presence, beauty, body. Even in the chaos, this moon is a fresh start. A chance to come home to yourself.

A final call out before I dive into this episode the Flow Vietnam Retreat is happening on the 25th of May to the 31st, final spots available. If you’re interested, curious or feeling the pull - I invite you to message me and let’s chat about the retreat!
Pope Francis Taurus Supermoon April 2025
Just as this moon rises, the world feels the tremble of change in more ways than one. The recent passing of Pope Francis marks more than the end of a life — it symbolises a shift in global authority, tradition, and spiritual leadership. Whether you follow the Church or not, his death touches something collective: a changing of the guard. We’re seeing it everywhere — in governments, institutions, culture. What used to hold power is dissolving. What once felt untouchable is being questioned. We’re entering a new era, and while we may not fully understand what’s coming, we can feel that something is being restructured — from the top down and the inside out.
Collective energy Taurus Supermoon April 2025
This Taurus Supermoon, then, offers more than personal grounding. It’s a collective breath. A reminder that real power doesn’t come from control, status, or fear — but from values, integrity, and connection to what’s true. As the world reorients,

The Spiritual Meaning of Easter
Hello! It’s been a whirlwind few weeks having been in LA, San Fran, San Jose, New York and Sedona. I’m now back in Australia. Such an interesting couple of weeks as I had a few posts go viral whilst being away and so saying hi and welcoming new listeners to the podcast and a warm welcome back for those here again!Today, we’re diving into the spiritual meaning of Easter—beyond the chocolate eggs, bunnies and pastel colours and into the deep waters of rebirth and resurrection.
Who is Yeshua (Jesus)
Let’s begin not with "Jesus" as we often hear him—but with Yeshua, as a Jewish man, mystic and teacher.  Yeshua is the original Hebrew name for the man commonly known in the Western world as Jesus. He walked this earth not as a figurehead of a religion but as a deeply embodied soul, attuned to the divine. He spoke of the Kingdom of Heaven not as a place far away, but as something within. To say "Yeshua" is to remember his humanity and his roots. It’s to see him as a spiritual teacher, perhaps even an ascended master who came to awaken love, compassion and truth in a time of oppression and fear.So in this episode, when I say Yeshua, I’m not speaking of a distant religious icon this is whom I’m referring to.There’s a part of this episode that feels deeply personal for me. If you’ve read my book The Great Unlearning you’ll know because I didn’t always feel safe with the word Jesus. I grew up in a Catholic environment—where God well not God but religion often felt distant, judgmental, or angry. Where faith was more about fear than freedom. Where you had to confess your sins to be clean. Where divinity lived up there, not in here. For a long time, I associated Jesus with that fear. That shame. That sense of not being good enough. Not being pure enough. But something shifted when I began to explore Yeshua. Not the Jesus of institutions, but the Yeshua of love.It was really initiated 2 years ago when I was in Bali, I had my first personal encounter of Yeshua energy on the night of a full moon. He appeared as a loving protector.
Easter as a Spiritual Metaphor for Resurrection
Easter marks the story of Yeshua rising from the dead but the deeper, spiritual meaning of resurrection isn’t just about one man coming back to life. The spiritual metaphor of resurrection wasn’t just a moment in time but as a metaphor for your life. How many times have you died and come back to life?Think of the heartbreaks, the job losses, the versions of yourself that cracked open,

Neptune enters Aries in 2025 (never seen before in this lifetime!)
Hello my love, coming to you live as I am currently in America during this eclipse with Neptune in Aries feels almost like stepping into a dream. LA’s energy is electric, full of freedom and possibility, and it’s been such a blast. But what really gets me is watching my inner child experience it all—seeing life the little things whole new layer of magic to everything. There’s this sense of adventure in the air, and I’m soaking it all in, embracing the chaos and beauty of it all.

This conversation has been inspired by the receptivity into what’s going on collectively at the moment.

Neptune, as an influence — is all about dreams, intuition, and the unseen. It's the planet that rules our spiritual connection and the places where we lose ourselves in creativity and imagination. Aries, on the other hand, is bold, fiery, and pioneering—it’s all about action, courage, and new beginnings. So when Neptune moves through Aries, it creates a unique meeting between dreamy idealism with a spark of impulsive energy.

Neptune in Aries will occur from 2025 to 2039 after which Neptune will enter Taurus from 2038. Do note it will have a retrograde period around July later this year.

In this episode, we’ll explore what happens when these two forces collide, and how this transit can influence not just your dreams but your approach to taking action on them. It can be jarring after all the contrast of the signs.
What is the effect of Neptune? What is Neptune's energy like?
When we tune into Neptune’s energy in the highest expression, we tap into a deeper part of ourselves—our intuitive wisdom, our psychic abilities and our spiritual essence. Neptune guides us to transcend the material world, offering us a direct link to the vast collective consciousness. As Neptune enhances your sensitivity to the unseen forces,

Emotionally navigating the eclipse season March 2025
Hello my love, so let me just say it the last few weeks have been something alright. As you’re listening to this it’s pre recorded because I am currently in the city of angels Los Angeles. If you’ve been feeling off, sensitive or in the ringer so to speak it thankfully it ain’t just you honey, I feel your pain.I’ve always been someone who emotionally processes my feelings, especially with my emotional authority in Human Design and my water placements, which guide me to feel deeply and reflect before responding. I’m used to working through my emotions internally, allowing myself time to feel and then release. But this eclipse, the Virgo one last Friday, caught me completely off guard. Instead of my usual emotional release, I found myself physically processing in a way I’d never experienced before. I woke up to rashes erupting all over my body, a full-blown physical manifestation of processing, discomfort, and overwhelm.
Physical vs emotional processing eclipse season
It felt like my body was communicating in a way I wasn’t expecting, forcing me to slow down and pay attention to what I’d been pushing aside. The reality of the time line approaching? The raises starting a week before a long haul flight LA the timing couldn’t have been more intense. I’ve always trusted that the universe has a way of showing us what we need to see, but this felt like a big, physical reminder to listen to my body in a new way. It was almost as though my body was saying, “Hey, it’s time to process everything—not just emotionally, but physically too.”This unexpected physical eruption further cemented how deeply our bodies are intertwined with our emotions and how sometimes we can’t bypass what needs to be released. I’m understanding myself more that while I’ve often relied on my emotional authority to guide me, there’s also wisdom in tuning into the physical cues my body gives me.I feel like this year I have experienced myself and held space for clients with more skin issues than usual. The skin, IS the body’s largest organ, holds deep spiritual significance, acting as a physical boundary between the inner and outer worlds.
Spiritual meaning of skin
The skin isn’t separated, it’s one, hence my rashes started flaring on my face and are also on my legs the next day you know?It is not just a protective layer; it is a reflective surface that reveals our emotional and spiritua...
