It is so wonderful to have Bernard back on the podcast. Bernard is part of the TedX Roxbury community that is bringing so many important topics to the Roxbury area. We talk about the positives and the negatives of the Roxbury. The plan of the TedX talk for the community of Boston people knows little about. In this episode, we talk about family and what that means and relatives. It is important to know that with everything good there is bad and with everything bad there is good. When looking at family it is more what you create as a person, thru friendships and mindsets. Relatives are the people you are born into maybe even the same last name. Relatives most of the time act as if we can not cut them off and that we will always be there or love them, that may or may not be true and some go with family. Family can be the same but because this is something you build we tend to work a little harder to keep this friendship or family together. At the end of the day, we make the choice that best fits our life and what we trying to build whether it is Family or Relatives.

I was able to borrow some of their time and learn about how they learned about stocks, how they meet, and what they plan on doing for the community.

This episode is to tell you how I am dealing with death. In the last month, 2 important people have passed away. It really has made me think how when people pass away their belongings mean nothing. What really matters is the connection that we build and the energy we leave behind.
No matter how hard we try we leave behind everything physical and that is GREAT!!
We do not need anything but each other to make it in this world. Also, we need to find help when we need it. It is important to talk to people when you are dealing with hard times and or extreme hard times. I learned the hard way that talking or at least dealing with your issues is very important.
I leave advice in this episode as well. Let me know what you think but please find help if you are going thru hard times. Let us be there for one another
I have worked since 14 years old and experienced many different bosses. In my lifetime I only really like working with hands-on people/great leaders. I do not mind if they set in the office and just talk but I need you to get your hands dirty when need be.
I can not work with people that just talk and no action or going back and forth. Also making friends with everyone but can not tell them what to do. That is not for me lol.
You should work at your job forever long you need to and what will help you. Whenever you get the chance to leave. You do not owe your job anything but hard work as you work there. If better opportunities come take them.

This week's episode is my fitness and health journey. It has been years on this road. It has not all been negative but the positive has been amazing. Learning from all my experiences working out and eating right. I went from 260 to 173 pounds in 5 years, nonstop grinding, gaining weight, losing weight, bulking, and lean bulking.
Now I am on my powerlifting grind and I will keep you updated as I go along.
This episode I talk about my thoughts on Community base business, business for-profit, and nonprofit, and how we need to accept individuals for who they are.
