Welcome back to the podcast!! I am so happy to be back!! I really did not know if I would be back or picking up the headphones and getting on the computer again. Here we are, I wanted to go back in time and talk about my fitness journey and what I have been up to. Do not want to give up the episode too much but it might be time for me to take a break from lifting heavy weights and retire from lifting.
