
This week's episode is my fitness and health journey. It has been years on this road. It has not all been negative but the positive has been amazing. Learning from all my experiences working out and eating right. I went from 260 to 173 pounds in 5 years, nonstop grinding, gaining weight, losing weight, bulking, and lean bulking.
Now I am on my powerlifting grind and I will keep you updated as I go along.
