Day 49 / 75 of BUILDING every day
Day 43/75 of MAKING:
(Saturday 9th August 2025)
Actions:
⁃ improved chatbot based on first convos
⁃ family day with baby, wife and my parents
⁃ upped my emails to 13 (13*30 = max 390 daily mails now)
⁃ scheduled linkedin sponsorship call for next tuesday (1k€ deal possible)
⁃ client said he wanted to move money from SEO towards sales/outbound (good I am learning all tehse things otherwise I’d be stressed now)
Thoughts:
⁃ on weekends, after all family has gone to bed, I do enjoy focus time and cathcing up on anything business related. feels a little like putting the more important things first, and then business last, which fuels the more important things. Never feel so much satisfaction when i work straight for 8h. We’re born to be around friends and family, not to sit behind a desk.
Realizations:
⁃ good to slowly build ”close to money” skills for times where change is bound to happen. People will always need leads. If I can provide them I will always have a job
What I want to do (better) tomorrow:
⁃ check up on emails ⁃ family time
Moving and health
⁃ walking pad for 45min
⁃ 2 home cooked meals
⁃ 8k steps
I sold an AI chatbot for $7k - but might have to refund, if it doesn’t generate 7 clients in 90 days. Listen for how I sold it and how I am tuning it.
What to do when overwhelmed and other things.
Chatbot builds nicely, email sending works finally.

Gold nugget I learned from a few local Balinese: what makes them work harder than 90% of agency owners.
